31 days after driving my 2016 vehicle off the lot it is
31 days after driving my 2016 vehicle off the lot it is no running. The check engine light is on due to sensors and a dirty air filter and it is overheating where it says not to drive it. Dealer service center said they could not get it in to look at it until mid to late August. Vehicle should not have problems like this from big dealer this soon after purchasing. Now I cant drive only look at a nice car till aug?

We purchased a Ram 1500 truck in February.
We purchased a Ram 1500 truck in February. It was a great purchasing experience, however we found damage within the 2 days given to have the dealership to fix it. Came in to get the paint touched up and other issues. They told me a chrome window panel and a plastic part needed to be ordered. My steering wheel had the leather cut prior to purchasing so they had to go back to Chrysler to see if it was covered. After a week they came back saying it covered and needed to be ordered as well. A month go by with no parts coming in, reached out to get an update on timeline, no answers after texts and voicemails. A week later attempted again no responses and same situation off and on till June. I called in June wanting to speak to a manager, got through and Tyler said the parts rep would call me to get it scheduled, no follow up. Left Tyler a few voicemails over the next week, no follow up. Still haven’t been fixed coming into July. I have felt like I’m getting crickets and dodged to avoid fixing this issue hoping I’ll just go away or forget. This place is great to buy from but follow where they need to fix a bigger issue the a paint scratch, good luck. Would look going somewhere else honestly that cares past the timeline where customers gets surveys. Also don’t believe them when they said any scratch or damage you find within the 3 days will be covered and fixed. Just got told they fix or cover damage found AND reported within 3 days.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE— Picked up my Ram 2500
DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE— Picked up my Ram 2500 after routine maintenance and tire rotation the tire pressures were all off, the fluids weren’t topped off no oil change sticker. But wait it gets better while driving home tire pressure light came on so I stopped and air up the tire. Unfortunately by the time I got home the tire was pretty much flat. I started to change the tire and that’s when I noticed the right rear tire wasn’t tightened down. (See video). This is alarming for several reasons because if they would’ve driven the vehicle after the tires were off, like a dealership it supposed to, they would have realized the tire pressure light was still on. Unfortunately , this isn’t the first issue I’ve had with this dealership. The previous time I took it here and had the oil changed, there was so much oil leaking after the oil change I had to bring the truck back. I have bought many vehicles here over the years and will not be returning. I think what bothers me the most about this is the lack of sincerity and urgency on the service department and dealership as a whole.
