Last time having to wait over 6 weeks to get in for an

Last time having to wait over 6 weeks to get in for an oil change. This time not resetting the computer and forgetting the new oil change sticker, so now I have to drive 25 min. there to get that done.

I scheduled 05/10/22 @ 9:30 for my vehicle oil change and

I scheduled 05/10/22 @ 9:30 for my vehicle oil change and replace rear hatch switch opener. I was busy with work so my wife brought the car there and checked in @ 9:12 and sit there wait for 4 hours to get an oil change and didn't get my rear hatch switch opener replace. This place was my place for my cars maintenance for many years. I moved out the State for 2 and half years and now move back the services was terrible. I guess they don't value their customers as they used too. 4 hours sit there to wait for an oil change it's pretty bad services.

Rafael was fantastic I text and spoke to him prior to make sure the Toyota Highlander was available prior to my 3 1/2 hour drive, I text him the morning I was traveling and let him know when I anticipated arriving he went to work early that day to meet me. the whole process went very smoothly and I appreciate the kindness of the salesman Rafael.
