They were prompt, professional and proficient.

They were prompt, professional and proficient. It was so helpful to have the van driver to drop off and pick up to get the car - he was great! The only critique is after the oil change they forgot to change the odometer to clear “need maintainer “. Otherwise the service was excellent. Thank you.

I requested information about a vehicle and received what

I requested information about a vehicle and received what I am guessing was an auto generated email from the GSM of the store including a reference to the name of the sales person I was supposed to have heard from. I responded asking who the sales person was and let them know I hadn’t received any information regarding my request along with my unsatisfactory experience with Autonation as a whole during my car search. The GAM’s response was to first tell me that as the GM they know the sales person contacted me about my inquiry and that they would like to personally help me in my search. How am I supposed to respond to that?! Why would I want help from someone who’s response was to tell me they know something was done because they are the GM? Clearly if I am saying I didn’t receive correspondence from someone I have done my due diligence in verifying that I didn’t receive something. I work in a field requiring customer service and I could never imagine telling a customer that I know they received something if they informed me that hadn’t.

This was my first visit Happy with the work that needed to be done I give Michael Ward a high rating in his department. Very friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to explain to me what and why repairs needed to be done. I will return to your company for future maintenance visits. Trust is a huge element in your business and without that it’s hard to build one!

This is the 5th car we have bought from autonation

This is the 5th car we have bought from autonation Toyota. It is my 3rd Rav4. This time it was a hybrid. We have always been treated with dignity and respect and I felt like they listened when we had questions or wanted something to be changed.
