Tundra service work

Horrible experience!
Horrible experience! I would never recommend any AutoNation location to anyone. I was in autonation toyota on Thursday and I had a friend go into auto nation Nissan a couple days before we both had a terrible experience. FYI!!! The dealer FEE is included in they're tag price!!! Don't let them try to charge you a double dealer fee like they did me! Good thing I read the fine print on the website and didn't let them get away with that! My salesperson Uzi seemed completely uninterested in the sale of my car. He hardly said 2 words the whole time. This was supposed to be a cash deal but yet they did t want to use my check from my bank, because they weren't going to get all they're kick backs from the people they finance with and All the extras they normally add on! I've bought 2 cars this same exact way and have. Ever had an issue! If they didn't have the exact car and best deal at that moment I definitely! Would have taken my business elsewhere!!!!!!

Excuses
I've had good experiences here in the past but most recent experience was awful. Took two cars here for service. One was done well. Other car they seem to have cut corners. Paperwork wasn't complete and portions of the courtesy inspection were skipped. Lots of errors on paperwork. When we asked our service advisor she made excuses and seemed annoyed. She said the cars went to two different technician teams. She explained that some technicians do things differently, don't complete all the paperwork, etc. We had to speak to a manager to gave the situation addressed. Had to have the vehicle sent back to the shop to do the inspections properly. The service advisor seemed very annoyed and gave us dirty looks while the manager was helping us. Won't be back for any services and will vocally advocate against anyone using this place. Go to a different dealership.
