#1 Cochran CJDR is by far the best dealership I have ever

#1 Cochran CJDR is by far the best dealership I have ever dealt with!! My sales, to post-sale follow-up and service, i have had nothing but 110% positive experiences with them. Just yesterday, my Wrangler was due for inspection, it was a brand new 2024 I purchased earlier this year, but had July inspection stickers. I really didn't even think about when I bought it, but both my service advisor and the sales manager went above and beyond and did the inspection on their dime since I only had it a few months. I was not expecting that, but they truly take care of their customers!! I highly recommend them. So much so, that after my Jeep I purchased 2 more vehicles from this dealership, one for my wife and one for my youngest daughter, and a Hyundai at the Monroeville Hyundai dealership. Each sale was absolutely a breeze and their pricing is hands down the best on any vehicle and makes the process so simple for everyone involved!!!

Felt rushed at one point texted my salesman for a numbers

Felt rushed at one point texted my salesman for a numbers sheet and did not get one at the time requested. I did request to see it since I had an hour an half drive to get to the dealership. Had a small period of time to look over my car but at the same time was going over the numbers so didn’t really have time to look at it. Got home and notice the headliner and back seat still had stuff all over it as well middle back seat cup holders had something sticky all over it so I feel the car was not cleaned. Found a car part in my trunk that didn’t go to my car and there was a taillight left in my trunk for my car. As wel asked salesman if they could look at a couple marks on the car and I was told they couldn’t address it or do anything about it. I loved the finance manager and think he did great he explained one or 2 things I didn’t know but having worked in the car dealership business I knew a handful. I appreciate everyone’s help and the fact that they waited for me to get there after work. Overall would give a 7/10 rating for my experience, car could have been properly cleaned instead of dirty I even have to sweep under seats but I have to have a full detail done. Thank you for the time I do like my car that was sold to me

Very clean and friendly dealership.

Very clean and friendly dealership. We worked with Justin Taylor and he was great! Robert in financing was also wonderful and did all he could to help with financing. I highly recommend this no pressure dealership. Definitely worth the drive to Natrona Heights!
