Fast friendly service really appreciated the constant

Fast friendly service really appreciated the constant communication with the most recent agent. My only complaint is that I ordered the parts months ago and wasn’t advised that they were in such a long back order until I got the call to schedule service, I know the back order was out of their control but clear communication waould be appreciated.
