Had to go back for detail job, they did a great job. The staff understood my concerns for wanting a used car to be thoroughly clean and they went above my expectations.

Excellent Customer Service Justin #1 Salesman

My new vehicle purchase experience was one of the BEST I have ever had. Justin Taylor was so amazing and I never felt that bullying pressure I have in the past when I purchase my new vehicle. I would purchase another vehicle from him again! Thank you for my new vehicle I LOVE it!!

My new Penguins jersey has Taylor on the back.

I walked in to test the waters and it was late in the business day. Justin Taylor never flinched and was encouraging me to stay later to make sure we covered all options. It never felt like a negotiation or even a sales pitch. I told them what I wanted, they gave me options and the rest is history. I’m not the proud owner of a 2021 Ram 1500 after years as a GMC owner. The sound of the HEMI alone could’ve closed the deal but Justin at the Natrona Heights location made it happen.

Buying a used car

Over the years I have bought many used cars from many different dealerships and this place by far has been my best experience. The staff was very friendly and new their stuff there was no pressure and was a great experience. I'll defiantly go back to them for my Next car.

2017 chevy 2500 lt

Drove 2.5 hrs to get here sales was saving truck for me took pics of truck said it is in back waiting for me took it off of sale lot 5 min before arrival he found out they sold it the day before very xxxx poor communication would not deal with these people salesman did apologize but doesn't make up for a lost sat

New Ram Purchase

Purchased a new Ram truck . Everyone I dealt with at the dealership were great. It was a different experience. I have been buying vehicles for more than 50 years. I must say the salesmen Lee and Terry were far more than helpful. I know where I will purchase my next vehicle.

Fast and Easy, thats why their #1

Was probally one of the easiest purchases I have made. Was in and out very quickly and was given a run down of everything you'd expect to hear from a dealer without any of the fluff. Very relaxed atmosphere and you don't feel pressured into buying something you're on the fence about. Buying a vehicle, especially a brand new one, can be stressful dealing with banks and financing. These guys did a awesome job of going above and beyond to get you the best rates and payments for your new vehicle. Woukd definatley recommend these guys, type of people who would sell you a car and then hang out with you at a bar. Nothing shady about them and you walk out feeling like you were taken care of and given the best deal possible

Was great service. Was fast and sufficient. Had the vehicle ready when I was on my way . So as soon as I got there was able test drive .

Time for New Truck...Yikes!

I was ready for the typical grueling new vehicle buying experience when much to my surprise it turned out to be quick, comfortable and relatively enjoyable despite Covid- 19, and weather inconveniences. My salesman found the vehicle I was looking for,we did most of the paper work on line, we agreed on price we both were comfortable with...totally pleased!

Great customer service and quality work.

I usually dread taking any vehicle to the shop for repairs, however the past few times I have been to #1 Cochran I have had a great experience. Both times my service advisor was Chris George and he kept me informed and made sure that the issues I brought the car in for were properly addressed. The mechanics did a great job and I have no complaints about the entire experience. I will definitely take my vehicle back for any future service repairs.
