I came in for oil change and tire rotation and the gentleman noticed that my inspection was overdue( I have been recovering from a broken leg, and that was my first time driving in 2 months). He was extremely helpful and got everything taken care of, and helped save me some money! I truly appreciate him taking the time to assist me.

An easy, straightforward process with no crap. All team workers provided an experience that is rare with other Car Dealerships. Communication was easy and the Dealership is relaxing, you do not feel pressured. No worries about hidden fees/expenses. Treated and taken care of like you are important.

We told Justin Taylor what we were looking for in a vehicle and he delivered. It really took the stress out of the process and we chose a GMC Terrain

Had car trouble one evening that left the vehicle inoperable. Had AAA tow it to Cochran in Natrona Heights and literally left it on their doorstep after hours. Talked with the service dept. the next morning, not expecting that the car would get serviced that day —a Friday—or over the weekend. However, Cochran had the issue diagnosed by noon and fixed by the end of the day, saving me the cost of a few days’ car rental. Better yet, the problem was covered by warranty, costing me only the $100 deductible. The desk personnel were thorough in their explanations and courteous. Overall, a very satisfactory resolution of a problem that could have been a major aggravation.

Thanks to #1 Cochran and mainly Justin Taylor my wife has a new 2019 Chevy traverse! It was an easy process and felt that I was taken care of from start to finish! I would and will recommend others to go to Justin and #1 Cochran!!!

I had my 2018 Jeep Wrangler in for the first oil change and a recall. Very friendly and courteous staff as why as ease of scheduling. Very happy with the experience.
