Car shopping sucks. This was the fourth place I looked for a car. Wish I had stopped here first. It would have been my only stop. Our salesman Tim and the sales manager Jim were great. It was like hanging out with a couple of new friends you just met. A very pleasant experience. Fair and easy.

I recently purchased a brand new Jeep Compass 2019 from Cochran Jeep in Natrona Heights. I have been a customer here for a few years and I would highly recommend this dealership. Salesman Tim S. and finance manager Josh Pruett were absolutely amazing and worked extremely hard to get me exactly what i wanted for the best possible price and an amazing warranty!! Service Advisor Chris George was fantastic along with the older gentleman that checks you in when you first walk in to the Seevice Department. Chris was with Charapp prior to Cochran buying the Charapp dealership. They all work hard and make you comfortable when your there. Their work is fast, professional, and never pushy in trying to sell you up to a service that is not required. These are a bunch of good guys working together.

I traded my 2016 Jeep Renegade today for a 2019 Renegade. Everyone who worked with me on this deal was very friendly and professional and made this an easy, stress-free experience. Everything about the different financing options was clearly explained to me so I could choose the option that would work the best for me. I am so pleased at the service I received and absolutely love my new vehicle! I was in search for a Nissan Juke, but only wanted to deal with the #1 Cochran Nissan in Natrona Heights, PA, because I had dealt with the sales person, Ken Greene, when purchasing my last car, and his customer service was top of the line. It's hard to find a dealership and salesperson you can trust and I definitely found it in Ken. However, the Juke that I wanted was at the #1 Cochran Nissan in Pittsburgh. I was very uncomfortable with having to drive to Pittsburgh to test drive the car, so Ken worked to be able to get the car down to the Natrona Heights #1 Cochran, so I would be more comfortable. Well, I fell in love with the car, and could not have received better service from Ken or #1 Cochran! It's a huge relief to know you have a car dealership to go, that you trust and that will provide excellent service! I give #1 Cochran Nissan (and Ken Greene) 5 STARS! A+ Thank you so much!

I have been going to Justin Taylor for years now. He has always been up front & respectful. I don’t say this lightly but he is someone that I can truly trust and do not feel like he is selling me something to just sell or just for his benefit. He takes the time to understand exactly what you want & need. He will also meet you at any Cochran dealership. The Acadia that I just bought (and love), he went from his dealership, drove to Monroeville to pick up the SUV then to Robinson for me.
