#1 Cochran CDJR of Allegheny Valley

Recent purchase experience at Cochran Ford was exceptional - from initial contact with sales consultant Allen S. to final delivery of vehicle, I could not be more pleased. Everyone was friendly, knowledgable, and professional. I had already done fairly extensive research on the type vehicle that I wanted, so I knew that I was getting a fair price. I never felt "pressured". Allen S. was always available to answer any questions, and provided excellent instruction in all the intricacies of the technology pkg and other operational details of the vehicle. He is an asset to Cochran and, in my opinion, an excellent sales consultant.

We had my wife's car repaired at #1 Cochran after an accident. They were very professional and they were able to answer all of our questions about the repair process. had snow tires mounted on grand Cherokee,tires bought from a major online tire retailer,service dept mounted,balanced and disposed of old tires at very good price.most places do not want to install tires that were not purchased from them,cochran service dept had no problem with tires not being purchased from them. thank you Cochran cdj service dept in Natrona heights.

I was looking to buy or lease a Ram 1500. Jason walked me through the pros and cons of both. He had a LOT of patience with me. In the end I leased a vehicle. Jason Tucci is an excellent sales person and I am highly satisfied with his job performance throughout this process. Every employee that I dealt with at #1 Cochran was friendly, knowledgeable and courteous.

I recently took my Dodge Ram 1500 for service for a recall. Once I arrived, I was informed that there were actually 2 active recalls on it. I was expecting to have to wait 30 minutes, but was informed it could take up to 2 hours. However, the service was completed in less than 30 minutes and I was truly happy. The service manager was really nice and helpful. All in all, a great service experience.

This was the easiest, least painful car buying experience my husband and I have had. Our salesman was very nice and helpful. We were able to get a fair amount on our trade in and did not miss all of the haggling that typically goes on when buying a car. I would definitely recommend this dealership and salesman based on the experience we've had thus far.
