#1 Cochran CDJR of Allegheny Valley

My son needed a dependable vehicle for his job and the people at Cochran were very helpful. He had to come in from out of town (Ohio area 2 hour drive) after work and the team that sold us the vehicle were very accommodating. We did a cash deal which went smoothly and the individuals involved didn't "Hard Sell". Overall, we were so pleased.

We were really pleased by the customer service and repair service we received. One, they were very attentive with calling us before any repairs were done. They explained what they have found which is on the line of what we were told. Also they noticed a few more things which they also discussed. After the whole experience we were greatly appreciative. I am looking forward to taking my vehicle back for the inspection in a few weeks.

We purchased a 2015 Overland yesterdayat your large inventory facility. Our salesperson, Taylor, greeted us warmly and showed us the Grand Cherokees. We went for a ride and he totally answered our questions and provided helpful information about the vehicles. The entire buying process went smoothly and painlessly. I purchased my first Jeep here. I had to leave at a certain time and they made sure everything was completed and I still had to time left before I had to leave. The staff was amazing, making sure I was getting the best deal. I highly recommend to anybody. I definitely will go back to buy my future vehicles.

I bought my new Jeep at #1 Cochran and they were all fantastic! Then only down side of my experience buying was the wait time, but it was well worth it. Great people, amazing vehicles and a great service department as well. They just finishing fixing my Jeep after hitting a deer and it looks perfect again. They were fast and very accommodating. Let me bring it after work and kept me updated. Actually finished the job faster than expected! I HIGHLY recommend them!

I had great service a year ago with my salesman when I bought a new Ford Truck and was happy with how we were treated all around. So this year almost to the date we were in need of another vehicle and went back to the same salesman and dealership for their help and again they put us in a vehicle that we liked and were satisfied with.

Had a combination of service, Vehicle Recall and State Inspection & Emissions. I was treated quite well and the service was completed in a timely fashion. The people I interracted with thru the process were all quite pleasant and I would say they were all an important asset to the company.

I just purchased a new subaru from Mr.Brown. I was in the market for a jeep product but found a Impreza in monroeville. Mr. Brown made an appointment and personally drove me down to test drive the car. After the drive he worked numbers and gave me a great deal. Mr.Brown went out of his way to make sure I was getting a car I liked so much that he drove me 30 minutes to Cochran subaru. If your looking for a honest friendly staff look no were else this is the best place in my opinion to buy a new or used car. I would highly recommend Mr. Brown

Darrell was fantastic. He was personable and professional. I did however drop the car off with no mud on it and it was returned to me as if someone had taken it 4 wheeling. I leased this vehicle so I am responsible for the milage. Not sure why it had to be driven 13 miles and returned with mud all over the car around the tires and wheel wells. I also found out that I had a recall on the vehicle and I never received a letter or any type of communication about the recall. Had I not had a problem, I would not have known.

Recently (April 10, 2015) while searching for a Jeep, my wife and I were impressed by Taylor Brown a sale associate at Natrona Heights Cochran. He is an honest, inconsiderate, spirited, dedicated, intelligent young person who has a good understanding of people. We strongly believe that he has made an excellent contribution to the business at Cochran.
