Great place and people!

I just bought my first car from Carma Automotive Group and it was an amazing experience! Everybody was helpful and very friendly. I would recommend this dealership to anybody and when you come ask for Andrew!

The fastest Deal I have ever had a car dealership

Andrew Carter, Thank you for working this deal out for me......the right car, the perfect price.... I was on such a limited time and you even finished in less then an hour and a half out the door...... I would recommend anyone that comes to this dealership to see Andrew. Everyone working this day seams to think that I am the most important customer in the world.(or at least they treated me that way)

Horrible!!

I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone! Not even a full week after purchasing a Lexus GS 300, the entire front wheel fell off while driving. This was very dangerous & I was scared to death being a new driver. The dealership took absolutely no responsibility & I was left with hundreds of dollars in repairs. I was also unable to open the trunk of my car. The automatic button on the inside did not work & when I constantly called and asked for the key to the trunk I was given the run around by Alfredo. I still have not received a key to the trunk and the purchase was made in January 2014! For your sake please just find another dealership!

To be clear this Lexus was purchased with 207,000 miles and our Dealership did perform pre-sale service. This vehicle was purchased a YEAR ago in January 24, 2014. We remember clearly the incident after the purchase and we always agree to assist our customers after the sale. We also agreed to look into the trunk and we agreed on a date and time for you to come in. You arrived several days before the appointment and we requested that you come back on the agreed upon scheduled date. In our next contact with you, you told us that the vehicle was in a bad accident and the vehicle was totaled. This was the last communication we had with you a year ago. We pride ourselves on our service and we are still more than happy to work with you a year later. We have already called you in an attempt to work with you. That phone conversation resulted in you saying you would call us back. We appreciate all feedback but hopefully you would consider more communication in a timely manner. Our staff was shocked to see this a year later and knowing the details of our agreed date for you to bring it to us and then being told the car was totaled in an accident.
