I bought a used 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I brought my wife back for the second test drive after I drove it first and thought it nice enough to look into deeper. Upon that test drive a couple dash lights lit up and we noticed that the rear hatch springs had worn. We negotiated with Carma to repair the engine/dash light issues and they volunteered to replace the springs. The repairs took a few days longer than they had anticipated but they performed the repairs without issue and even worked with us on the sticker price. Thankfully we did not need a car RIGHT that day so we could work with them. They even worked with us on our trade-in and gave us a really good deal on that. Andrew Carter was my salesperson and he was easy to work with, friendly, and helpful. The owner interacted with me multiple times and was approachable and willing to work with us to close the deal. At the end of the day we are pleased with our experience, excited to take our "new" car home and would do business with Carma again in the future.

Been in the process for months of looking and buying. It was nice to finally be able to make a deal with someone. The manager and salesman weren't the cheap cheesy guys you would be used to at a dealership. They were upfront and honest. Cant complain about anything. Had an issue with the drivers seat since it had a tear in it. I didn't want to do anything until the seat was fixed. They agreed and had it repaired the same day. They didn't try and push me off or say they will fix it after the fact. I appreciated that very much.

I found the dealership on the internet and sent an inquiry. The follow up was quick and they set up an appointment on the same day. The customer service was outstanding. I worked with Andrew to complete the sale and Alfredo the Finance manager made sure I understood my paperwork. They both went above and beyond (after business hours) to make sure I got in a vehicle that I really liked. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a great car buying experience.
