the new 2023 highlander i bought on 6/20/23 already had a persons name in the Infotainment System. I've not been able to delete this person.

Bad customer service

I tried to have more information about a truck I was trying to buy, with little response. I'm in Houston, so I can't just "stop by" the dealership and look at the truck. I contacte 2 sales person and even the general manager, and they acted as they didn't want to sell the truck. So disappointed, I liked the truck but if they are acting like that, I can spend my money somewhere else.

Email, no response

I have sent 2 separate emails, and never had a response for 5 days and counting. Why have an email option to use, and not responding to them.

Michele Green (very good and helpful )

Michele Green Michele helped me all the way through from beginning to end getting my Truck fix after a Deer ran right into it. It was a Blessing to work with him. Michele even went with me to the body shop to look at my truck and I showed Michele a few things that was missed and he brought it up to them and they are going to fix it. Im so grateful for all the help Michele gave me

Anywhere but Coughlin Collision Heath

Coughlin Collision had our vehicle, a Subaru Legacy for over a month, it was taken there at the recommendation of Allstate Insurance. When we finally picked it up, it had been nicely washed and manager Duane Grohoske assured us the vehicle was exhibiting no symptoms but when driven away all the lights on the dash came back on and the vehicle still will not take fuel (evap cannister has water, they were advised of this in advance). We were charged nearly $447 dollars as Coughlin had the car towed to and from a Subaru dealer. Duane blamed the month long delay on Allstate but the Allstate rep stated they have permission to do whatever it takes to get the vehicle repaired. When I called Duane within minutes of picking up the vehicle and reporting the car was doing the exact same thing, he pledged his support to make things right. 4 days after the pledge I left Duane a message, he did leave a message back referring me to the Subaru dealer. So much for seeing this through. So I paid Coughlin $447 dollars for a car wash that took over a month and have received absolutely no follow up support. Take your vehicle anywhere but Coughlin.

A good experience

The salesman, Jacob made it a seamless and easy experience. I felt I was in good hands especially since I have never purchased a car on my own. Try them out, you won’t regret it.

Happy customer

I received very good service at Toyota recently by Mr. Green and the work was done in good time. Very efficient check in and check out with all of the necessary things getting done and explained to me so I understood what all was done. Thank you for your good service.

Excellant Dealership

just bought my fifth new vehicle from this Coughlin Toyota. As usual, the buying process was great. The salesman, Ron Saunders as well as all of the personnel at the dealership were very friendly and professional in answering all my questions.
