Poor customer service. Steer Clear
Visited dealership to test drive a few vehicles. I spoke with Internet Sales Manager, Ben Parks. Who only called me once to talk about his work hours the night of the first test drive. He provided Inaccurate statements and posting to truecar, auto was listed as good shape but it had been wrecked, broken fog light, dented bummers, had animal stains on interior, broken remote FOB and was not even cleaned or detailed inside. I received an automated email from Ben stating he had not been able to reach me for a test drive. However. I had already meet with Ben a few days earlier. He said never mind the email it's automated. I said it would be nice if he actually knew who has visited him at the dealership. I did a second drive and the car wasn't the same as just days earlier...it appears they are treating the used cars very poorly. I did purchased the car but it was not ready it needed detailed and factory recall completed. My car was drove by someone and was still stuck in 4 wheel drive (i had left the car in 2 wheel drive) when i picked up it had more scuffs and marks and the drivers seat broken. Everytime i returned to pick up the car something else was broken. the factory recall did not get completed as scheduled. The recall took several visits to the dealer to complete. The day i was to pick up my vehicle Ben stated the recall could not be completed because of a "broken service center door" but the service center was busy with people waiting that day. He smiled as if he was proud he fooled me with his made up answer. Then next week, Josh in the service center stated that they did have the parts but did not have a loaner although i had already scheduled this appointment over 2 weeks earlier and was told i would have a loaner car. It took over an hour for them to find a loaner car and it was littered peanut shells (even in trunk). I did not received a single call or note for thanking me for the purchase or shopping with then. Instead i received a second automated email from Ben Parks asking if was still interested in the car (the car was already sold a few days earlier to me). When i went to pay for the car the finance manager, Jim Brown did not even hardly stop his conversation with another coworker but when took my checks (money) as he stated that i was just "here to do a drug deal." Very unprofessional! Even when i recieved my final paperwork in a fancy carfax 'advantage dealer' folder there was no copy of the signed carfax was even provided. This was just my experience the first 3 weeks of car ownership from this dealer and service center. All four visits to three different staff members and departments I received very poor customer service... Not at all what you expect when you just purchased a car.

Oil Change
Service department is top notch!! They are timely and always kind and respectful!! They have a very nice waiting area, too. I love being able to schedule appointments online.

internet purchase
I spoke with Ben Parks via phone/email and in person and he was very helpful in the purchase of my 'new to me' used vehicle. The rest of the crew wasn't as helpful but Ben went above and beyond to make the experience easy. Thank you for your help Ben!

Compassion over sale quota
James Matheny was very professional, showed heart and compassion for us. He was very knowledgeable when it came to the car that we wanted. He answered all of our questions. This location is the only one that had what we wanted exactly. James didn't care about the sale he wanted to make sure that we were cared for from the beginning to the end of the sale. 10 out 10 stars. Manager Tyler Workman was very understanding also.
