I have always dreaded having to buy a car having had many bad experiences with various dealerships but Coughlin has changed my opinion. I've bought 2 cars with them and have always been treated with respect and dignity. I trust that they will give me good and accurate information and there is no pressure tactics. I've used the online tools and have found that to be very helpful. It is worth the 1 1/2 hour drive to work with professionals who are knowledgeable, responsive and really nice!

Everything was just perfect. Waiting time was less then 10 minutes . Repairs correct any issues we had. Offered to help us with any transportation needs

I took my Scion in for 65,000 mile maintenance- rotate tires, check fluids, and do the all points check. I was there less than 20 minutes. I find their service to be very efficient and friendly. They are also very consistent and informative about what may need to be done in the future. I do appreciate that so that I can budget for the bigger repairs. However, so far I’ve not needed anything but tires and filters.
