Great purchase experience

Had a wonderful experience with Sally! She was very kind. I actually didn't come in to buy a car but I needed a car so I asked a few questions and she assured me that she would do the best she could to help me. I got a call at work the next day and she asked me if I was ready to come pick up my car! I would recommend anyone to come and see Sally, with her religious beliefs and determination she will do her best for you. I thank God He sent me to Sally!!

perfection!

Surreal

23 years ago, I drove my 1991 Mustang LX Convertible off the same showroom floor where last week I purchased a 2010 Kia Optima LX. 23 years later, although the dealership is no longer Ford, I am pleased to say the service, as well as all other aspects connected with a car purchase, was impeccable. Everything was perfect; atmosphere superior as were the representatives my daughter and I met. It was the epitome of one-stop shopping. We were very lucky. Cynthia Castilla personifies all a customer would/could ask for. Thanks for being there, and thanks for the superb treatment. Kudos to all. These people are assets to the Brookfield organization.

I am a return customer for Brookfield. Their sales team is excellent and will do their best to get you the best deal on a vehicle and financing. Their support after the sale is also excellent. Purchased a 2015 Jeep Cherokee Latitude.

Great communication from the sales team

I have been shopping around for the past 4-6 weeks for a 07-13 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited 4 door with a hardtop, and have not been in a hurry to buy the first thing I see. I really don't need another vehicle as my wife and I have two vehicles already, plus my company car. She says that this is going to be my "toy that also is used to push snow around!" I contacted this dealership through the web and was immediately contacted by a sales rep named Demetrius. He was very polite and offered his assistance. I told him I was looking over several different Jeep Wrangler Unlimited's in varying years as I don't generally buy "new". He gave me more info on the '13 I had been looking at and said to feel free to call back should I have any other questions. I actually stopped by the dealership on that Sunday, as I wasn't able to get to the dealership before they closed. The vehicle was exactly as described by Demetrius. As I said before, I have been taking my time looking over other vehicles, and about once a week or so I will get a call from Demetrius asking if I found anything yet or if there was anything he could look for in particular for me. He has always been respectful and never pushy. Should I end up buying this vehicle or another, I can only say that I have been given great customer service by Demetrius and would recommend this dealership if they have what you are in the market for.

Needed a good used car and knew who to contact Brookfield, of course! Came in test drove car and purchased car all in one day! Andy our salesman called two times in a week to make sure we were satisfied. Great customer service and very down to earth sales associates leads to a wonderful business to recommend to anyone who is looking for a used or new car!

Highly Recommend

I had a great experience with the entire staff very fiendly and helpful especially Andrew. I felt no pressure during the buying process , the knowledge known on all the different vheicles I was looking at was impressive also great selection of new and used cars.I highly recommend Brookfield dealership!

I recently purchased a 2004 Jeep Liberty from Brookfield. I had test driven the vehicle before making my decision and everything was wonderful! On the day that I went back to actually purchase the vehicle, I was more than excited! After the vehicle was finally mine, I got in the vehicle and proceeded to leave the dealership. When I started the car up, there was a slight shake to the vehicle that I hadn't noticed before, and the check engine light was on. I also noticed that the passenger side window wouldn't roll down. I was quite upset because this did not seem like the same vehicle I had fallen in love with. Thankfully I had just gone next door, to Steak and Shake, and I told my salesmen about the issues and he came right over and took the jeep back to be looked at. I was given a vehicle for the time being and my jeep was fixed sooner than expected. I was told that when they had sprayed the engine down, the liquid they used had gotten down into the spark plugs and caused a sensor to go off. They replaced the sensor as well as fixed the window, and everything was as good as new! I finally got my jeep home, and that night it had rained. I got in the jeep the next morning and noticed that the ceiling was wet where the sunroof edges were, and the check engine light had come on again. I took the jeep back to the dealership and told them about the problems. They told me that they had put in a faulty sensor, so they replaced it at no charge. As for my leaky sunroof, I was them notified that the sunroof was an aftermarket sunroof, and they told me there was nothing they could do for me because I didn't tell them about the leak until after I purchased the vehicle. How exactly was I suppose to know about the leak before I bought it? I feel as though that is the dealerships responsibility to fix before putting the vehicle up for sale. Although I went through a lot of troubles with the vehicle itself, the staff was very patient and friendly with me. I just wish I could have purchased a vehicle that was as good as it seemed.
