Friendly honest and enjoyable purchase
From the first time walking in the door I was treated by happy friendly people who went out of their way to make an elderly lady feel like they wanted my business. My salesman was Jesus Castelanos who was very knowledgeable about the car I was interested in. Also Sally Sexton was so nice to program my phone into my car and she came out of her office whenever I came in to welcome me. I just want say all the people I dealt with at Brookfield went out of their way to make me feel welcome and glad that I purchased my car from them

I was referred by a friend and a employee of Brookfield Chrysler. I stopped in with a little hope, a little money and an old car. Toni showed me a couple of used cars and of course I saw one that Iiked. But to my surprise Toni pulled up with a brand new car and told my that I would qualify for that car. Imagine that a 2015. I'm very HAPPY.

Jesus Castellanos was very friendly and listened to what we wanted. He was thoughtful and patient with us And overall was just great to work with. I definitely recommend him, it was a pleasure working with him. Best of all we got the car my dad wanted and he is very happy with his 2015 Ram. Brookfield Chrysler jeep dodge Ram has always been our go to dealer all the time. I have always had my doubts with dealership's but thanks to Jesus Castellanos my opinion has greatly changed. He is very friendly,definitely cares to help you get the best vehicle you need and can afford. No pressure -as if it's your own bother looking out for the best for you. Answered all my questions leaving no doubt or surprises. I highly recommend you visit the dealership and ask for Jesus to serve you. He will cover all your "if" And "what" questions. He goes beyond customer service - being available for you even after your purchase if another question should arise. He will leave you with no doubt.
