Fika at Schomp Mini was great to work with. She was very knowledgeable and made the process very simple. We found a car we liked online and within 10 minutes of calling Fika had emailed us a personalized video of the car. We test drove it within 90 minutes and decided to move forward. Knowing that Schomp is giving you their best price from the beginning takes all the pressure out of the situation. Highly recommend working with them.

I inquired about a car, I talked to a sales person over the phone I asked for video and pictures of car they sent one video it was at night time couldn't really tell if the body had dings or not asked for a better video and have never heard from them again they won't return emails or phone calls. just a waste of time hope fully they can get some customer service training.
