Schomp Mini

Most places are only helpful when you're "their" customer. I bought a MINI through a private party that still had Warranty and Maintenance left. Mary Thompson at Schomp MINI, took the time to research, print documents, walk me through the process, introduce me to other staff and service professionals, and stayed with me until my needs were met! Jason stayed to notarize my paperwork while we waited on the previous owner to arrive, the service guys gladly filled my tires before I left and even walked me through some instructions that were most helpful! Mary really went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of and I so appreciate her attitude, as well as the entire staff at Schomp! I didn't spend a dime that day, yet each person I dealt with treated me with respect and in high regard. The character, knowledge and quality of people they have on staff is a direct reflection of the mentality and make up of Schomp! If I hadn't found my MINI already, I would definitely buy directly from them! I'll be back and will be sure to spread the word! I grew up in Colorado but now live in New York state, right in the middle of the salt belt. I wanted to buy a specific Mini (R53), so I figured that I would look "back home" for one that would be rust free. I contacted Schomp Mini and was conneted with Nick Bartkus. I explained to Nick what I was looking for, why, and where I am located. He was glad to help, and went way beyond regular customer service, with continual call-backs and emails week after week. Although Schomp didn't get the model that I wanted in stock, Nick provided stellar service. Thanks Nick!

I first reached out to Schomp Mini online, I was responded back to very quickly. They were helpful and lined up the vehicles I was inquiring about for me to test drive almost immediately. The test drives were very good as well, they couldn't of been better. Buying the car was also a very straight forward, easy process. All my options were laid out in front of me and good information on each of the services/options were presented. I felt no pressure to buy anything I didn't want.

I had originally contacted Schomp Mini via the internet and narrowed down my search to 2 Cooper S vehicles. When I came in I worked with Tyler Mihalik. Tyler was pleasant and knowledgeable. We test drove the 2 vehicles I was interested in and I decided on one. Completing the sales process was painless and relatively quick. I felt that the car was priced appropriately and I was offered a fair price for my trade. I really like the 'one person' approach. I have leased vehicles through Schomp Mini previously this factored into my decision to return. I would definitely recommend Schomp to anyone interested in buying or leasing!

Recently I purchased a Mini Cooper Countryman from the Schomp Mini dealer. I had an excellent experience the sales team was very friendly and helped me walk through everything in a timely fashion. Made it quick and painless with the paperwork. I would recommend this dealership and the sales team to anybody 10 out of 10!

Started transaction via telephone in different state. Flew in and took delivery a few hours later. The the experience was flawless and Sales/Service worked hard on a weekend to have the options installed I requested. Straight forward closing. We were treated very well.
