Big brotherish!

They need to figure out the the self-financed process... I have been disheartened multiple times, and there is no 4th chance

uuuggg run for the hills

uuuggggg run, bought a 2012 Mini Countryman worst car ever and I have been buying cars since 1978.and the service expertise here is pretty but how should i say dreadful when it comes to mechanics Where to start... run flat tires are good for a year may be a little more and try to find one when you are on a road trip, yikes. This year I finally bought a doughnut spare that sits in the boot and regular tires. At about 85,000 miles the car started to come unhinged. Took it into this dealer and they could not diagnosis the problem, they thought it was the spark plugs they put in at about 84,000 miles and recommended replacing them....me thinks not. Was finally diagnosed at Addison Automotive as a stretched timing chain. Curiously Addison also found that the spark plugs installed by Schomp were only finger tight. The other mechanics had a device to clean the valve seats and replaced the timing chain...runs fine now........ ......except last week The check engine light came on...hmmm bad sign. Guess what the thermostat has a problem that shows up at about 90,000 miles. Mini even has a $1,000 cure for the problem...uuugggg So far in one year I think spent close to $4,000 repairing this car...I expect more from a high end car last ... Always run premium gas, and stay away from ethanol if possible....and if you like a groovy feel, coffee machine and snacks this could be your place....

NEVER AGAIN! DELIVERED A DIRTY VEHICLE & TOOK OVER 4 HOURS

I live 300+ from the dealership and I found a car that I was interested in from their web page, a 2014 Acura MDX. I made a call and got in touch with a sales associate by the name of Jeremy. I asked about the car, I told him that I was interested in it and asked if he could put together some numbers. I told him that I would be making a special trip to look at the car if the price was right. We discussed numbers and he gave them to me in writing. We settled on an approximate price for my trade. This phone call took place on Saturday 08/12/2017. I let Jeremy know that I would be bringing my own financing and made arrangements that next week to have the funds. I even confirmed on Friday afternoon that we would be there Saturday morning to look at the car and hoping to make a purchase. My wife and I arrived at the dealership (10:45 am) after a 4 hour drive and met with Jeremy. He didn't remember who I was and started to do all of his paper work again, asking if I had a trade, etc. I could see my name on his board and asked if that was for me or someone else. It was mine with all of my information. He finally went and got the car and brought it to the front of the complex. It hadn't even been washed, bird droppings, dust and water spots all over it. He kept telling us that after the test drive we would be out of there in an hour. 4 hours later, (3:10 pm) we finally finished the paper work and left, making a trip to the car wash before heading home. They didn't like the fact that I already had my financing and kept trying to get us to finance through them. I can't blame it all on Jeremy, I feel that Nick had a big hand in making this as painful as he could. This was by far the worst experience that I have had in purchasing a vehicle. This morning I found out that the second remote for the vehicle doesn't work. Which I had to keep asking for before leaving. STAY AWAY!!

NEVER AGAIN, 4 Freakin hours later

Called the week before looking at a 2014 Acura MDX that they had on their lot. Talked to Jeremy, got pricing and approximate trade value for my 09 Acura. Made financing arrangements that next week so when I arrived we could approve the vehicle and get on the road. I even had or finance people contact him Friday. During that week I talked, emailed and texted Jeremy multiple times to confirm that my wife and I would be there Saturday morning to look at the vehicle. After 4 hours of driving we arrived at the dealership. Upon arriving Jeremy didn't remember who I was, started to redo all of the paper work that we had already done. He kept telling us that after the test drive he would have us done in an hour. He went to the back lot and brought the car up to the front. The car was dirty and had bird droppings on it. 4 HOURS LATER, we finally got the car, the paper work completed and left very mad. The drivers mirror needed a small part and they did nothing to help in getting that repaired. This was the worst experience that I have had in purchasing a car. Got up the next day, my wife said that one of the remotes didn't work, checked it out and sure enough it doesn't work. We were handed the second remote as we were leaving after having to ask for it multiple times.Truly the definition of "used car salesamen". All of the blame shouldn't fall on Jeremy though, he had a fine example from Nic!

Amazing Service and sales!!!!!

Shelby Stovall, our motoring advisor, was extremely professional and efficient! Our transaction was executed with the highest standards of competency, value, and a good use of our time. In this day and age, when buying a car can be aggravating, the overall attitude and friendliness in the showroom of Schomp Mini, is very refreshing. Anthony Andreozzi, as well as John Costello, the Sales Managers are very personable, and create a welcome transparent transaction. This comes from and astronomically high expectation set by their highly professional and competent service department, starring Andy Cartwright and Kevin Peterson. This is the kind of dealership others should aspire and model their own businesses after.

Review in July Mini Countryman

Everyone in the dealership was most friendly. We had a good test drive, and conversations. We were limited in our time and the sales person, Marcel, and his support personnel were very helpful. We did not get our paperwork when we finished our dealings, but when we brought the mini countryman in for its finishing touches, the paperwork was in the car. There was a problem however. The paperwork which are carbon copies, were illegible. Consequently, we do not really know what our leasing agreement looks like due to the fact the carbon copies are so faint. Other than that this was an excellent experience. Perhaps we could get readable copies of the leasing agreement? Thank you so much for asking for our input.

James was awesome!

My wife and I purchased a car from Schomp MINI and it was the best car buying experience. James was very knowledgeable and helpful with all of our questions. I recommend going to Schomp MINI for a stress free experience!

Cody Schuyler is the Best!

The team at Schomp Mini is one of the best in the business! Cody S. is very easy to work with and I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. I also can't forget John Costello, one of the sales manager at Schomp. John provided three options and I picked the best one that fit my lifestyle.

Unbelievable customer service

WOW! I purchased a used Mercedes from this dealership. The process went so smoothly and they really do get you our in about an hour like they say. I'ts been about a year now and I can say that the service department bends over backwards to make sure you are happy and comfortable while your servicing is done. KUDOS to GM Mark Osborne for running such a fabulous dealership. Customer For Life !!!!!!!!

Excellent Customer Service Regardless!

Most places are only helpful when you're "their" customer. I bought a MINI through a private party that still had Warranty and Maintenance left. Mary Thompson at Schomp MINI, took the time to research, print documents, walk me through the process, introduce me to other staff and service professionals, and stayed with me until my needs were met! Jason stayed to notarize my paperwork while we waited on the previous owner to arrive, the service guys gladly filled my tires before I left and even walked me through some instructions that were most helpful! Mary really went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of and I so appreciate her attitude, as well as the entire staff at Schomp! I didn't spend a dime that day, yet each person I dealt with treated me with respect and in high regard. The character, knowledge and quality of people they have on staff is a direct reflection of the mentality and make up of Schomp! If I hadn't found my MINI already, I would definitely buy directly from them! I'll be back and will be sure to spread the word! Thanks for a surprisingly pleasant and actually delightful experience! :) Shauna
