I was looking for a nice used car. Something that would last me. Having been to dealers before I was Leary . I saw a car at preferred autos llc. They have a large inventory of quality cars. The owner Pat, made every step so easy that I was driving away before I knew it. Quality cars, quality people!

Excellent service!
Both John and Pat were very helpful in the buying process. We knew what we wanted walking in the door. They we're able to speed the process along and get us out the door and just a little over an hour. I'm so glad we decided to go to Preferred Autos

Just bought a car
Just purchased a car, BMW x3, from John. During the road test, I found some issues, e.g. Owner's Manual and Underneath were missing, and a cooling sensor was not installed. John agreed to "fix" them all and he did. Moreover, when I picked up the car and found the Check Engine light was on. John said it might go away after driving for a while. After three weeks driving, it was still on. So I took it back. John had his mechanic fix it and paid for the repair cost. I really appreciated his thoughtfulness. I am satisfied and pleased with his effort. Frank

Overall easy visit
Over ok place, small staff and although i have not bought a car from them yet they were cooperative (I am an auto mechanic) with getting a look at the car I came to see. My own time restraints prevented them from helping me further. Perhaps I will be able to return to possibly purchase.

Two Time Buyer
In February 2016, I was forced to purchase a vehicle since the transmission in mine had finally blown. So I needed one desperately and honestly had no idea where to go. We visited several used car dealerships. I can't say I liked any of them because they were very high pressured and I was anything but comfortable "browsing". Not until I came here to Preferred and spoke with Pat. We asked to test drive a van and his words were, "just remember to bring it back later today". Amazed, I thought he was joking but he wasn't. He said if I wanted to grocery shop in it or drive it to Dayton and back, I could. No pressure, nothing. I ended up buying a 2006 Sienna with 106K miles on it. It was a one owner, older person (they had scraped every corner of the van but most was in the clear coat). I was needing a vehicle and Pat said this was a good van, so I bought it. My vehicle has 177K on it now. I have had ZERO issues with this van! It's been the best purchase I think I've ever made (and still has a few of the scrapes but that's ok, not dealer's fault at all). This month, Jan 2018, we were in the market for another vehicle. We found one at Preferred, they went down some on the price so we decided to get it. I want to make my experience known so someone coming into this dealer will know they ARE reputable. Unfortunately, the vehicle we purchased overheated on the way home and left my spouse stranded. We towed it to a shop and found out there was a crack in the radiator. I reached out to Preferred Auto to let them know about the issue and within an hour, they told us the shop was going to fix out vehicle and it would be ready later this afternoon... Preferred Auto PAID for the repair. It is an incredible feeling to have faith in a dealer regardless of what happens with a vehicle. My experience with Preferred has been absolutely wonderful to date. I would recommend them to anyone. I will update after we have had our "new" used car for several months. Go to Preferred - they're awesome!

Used Nissan Frontier
I bought a used car from this dealership. I liked them from the get go because of the low pressure approach they took. Everywhere else I had salesman down my throat trying to sell me something I didn't want. They were patient and let me test drive multiple cars without any cliche sales speech. Once I found something I like they provided the lowest interest rate loan company around (I called around to many and there's was the cheapest). Then completed all the other paperwork so I could drive the car home, same day. Fast forward 9 months later. I have a problem with my truck. And the warranty company wasn't wanting to cover the costs. Without hesitation Preferred Auto said they'd take care of it and the next day, the warranty company said they were going to cover the costs. These guys, truly care about their customers and I would highly recommend them!

Exceptional Service
We drove two hours to purchase a truck, unfortunately we had only driven about thirty minutes back and decided to get lunch and the truck would not start. After trying to jump the battery and still not able to turn it over, I called Pat Gallagher at Preferred and he graciously let me cancel my check and said he would have it towed back. That is exceptional service!! Highly recommend this dealership!
