Very clean vehicle at the right price.
After shopping around and getting frustrated with the quality of trucks for my price range I found myself at the Kendall lot looking at a truck that I had seen but was not initially interested in due to the year, 2012. I thought I would stop in and have a look since I was close by anyway. I was very surprised at the shape and quality of the truck so I started the process of purchasing it. Received great/quality service and drove away satisfied with a 1 year warranty on the purchase and 2 free oil changes. Would definitely do business there again.

Great Experience
Allan was very helpful. No pressure. They let you take a test drive on your own. The buying process was very quick and simple. The also made the trade in process very easy. They made an offer for my used vehicle that was hard to argue with.

In a tight spot and they came through.
I brought the car in for an engine light (coolant level low) and discovered I needed a thermostat. We needed the car the next morning to drive 350 miles to a funeral, and the part had to be over nighted. Al at the service desk made sure they new the situation and they had the part by 10am and we were on the road just after noon. Seven hour drive, no issues. That was peace of mind when I needed it most. Thank you.

Set an appointment for a simple first oil change sense
Set an appointment for a simple first oil change sense buying the truck at the same dealer and they tell me it’s going to be at least a 2 hour wait. The reason appointments are set is to maximize time saving for the dealer and customer. I will be taking the truck to another shop from now on.

oil change
I was very pleased with the person to whom i spoke. He was informative and kind. He let me practice my Spanish and have a 7-up. The oil change and vaccuming of my vehicle was done in short order. I received a call on my cell phone and returned immediately to the shop. He went over everything that was done in Spanish, which i enjoyed. Thank you for a good experience.

GM quality disappointed me
I was completely satisfied with the dealership. GM is another issue the brand new car the I purchased was delivered to the dealership in unacceptable condition. There is a large scratch on the driver side door in the carbon fiber and the driver handle that will not be able to be buffed out. The biggest issue is that someone from your factory wrote in marker on the white hood of the car and it was some sort of shipping number. I took the car in to the dealership and they could not get it off the hood. When you spend that much money you want to be the first to scratch or put a mark on your own car. I am not satisfied with the way GM sends cars to the dealership no one noticed the marker unless you look at it from the side, but it is still there. How can you write on new cars paint from your factory?
