Kendall at the Idaho Center Automall

Kendall withheld my Electrify America $1k charge credit that I was supposed to receive with my new car. I have emailed them multiple times and spoken on the phone with four different people who promised to get me what I was owed. Nothing. It has been 5 weeks since I bought my car at Kendall. Never again.

Overall, Kendall did a great job with the process of getting me a new truck, but my salesman, Allan, was truly exceptional. For 6 months, while we waited for my truck to be built and delivered, Allan kept me current on the status of things with weekly updates.
