We received great customer service and outstanding terms on our purchase. The only thing that kept this review from being 5 stars is that we were told we'd be getting remote start and it turns out that wasn't the case.

I've bought my last 2 vehicles at Edmark!
After shopping our local area - the Treasure Valley, we had a wonderful experience with Tim Laming and Tim Crowley at Edmark Superstore. Our adventure in car buying didn't start with Edmark. We first went to Petersons, and a salesman made us feel like we didn't know how to browse vehicles online after we didnt express interest in their current inventory. He insinuated we had wasted his time. We were incredibly put off and left immediately. After leaving Petersons, we went next door to Edmark. They helped us into our first vehicle even though my wife and I were in our first year of self employment and had little to prove in terms of income. 1 year later I purchased an additional vehicle. Very happy with Edmark's service department as well, Craig is a hoot! Thank you Edmark!

Very disappointed!
Normally we have had the best of service with Edmark and over the span of 15 years have bought serval cars, but this year was a total disappointment. We purchased our daughter a Kia Soul. The car is great however the communication with our sales person very poor. We assumed that a spare tire and jack comes standard with the car we were never told this was an add on option! Our poor daughter is stranded on a busy hwy with a blow out, we call roadside assistance from our insurance company and low and behold no spare tire no jack? I call Edmark and I was just so disappointed that they weren't even willing to offer so much as a free oil change for their lack of communication. Please tell customers that spare tires and jacks are not standard anymore! Had we had known we would have purchased the option and spared our daughter the 4 hours it took to get help! Sometimes dealerships get so big your just another face in the crowd. I think we will look else where when buying another new car

Excellent!!!
Buying a new vehicle from Edmark Superstore was an excellent experience. My salesman was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was purchasing which made it real easy to understand the value. He also worked real hard to help me obtain all the rebates and incentives offered. This was truly a great experience buying a new vehicle, I am looking forward to the next time, a lot of fun!!!

I live in Oregon but from the first call to Edmark I knew this was going to be a good dealership to work with. It was truly effortless. I'd recommend making the trip to Idaho/ Edmark if you're looking for a new vehicle.

Great Service Experience
First oil change in my 2015 GMC Colorado. They greeted me as soon as I walked in, took the truck and returned it sooner than expected. Customer area is clean and nice, not flashy, but the wifi works. You need to get your vehicle serviced it might as well not be irritating.

New car purchase that was effortless and rewarding
I researched new cars on the web and found the exact car that I wanted. I went to Edmarks and was put in contact with Nico Acosta. After looking at some used cars that they had, I decided that I would rather go with a new 2016 Chevy Cruze LT which I had found on Edmarks website. Nico pulled up the information on it and started the purchase process. Not only did he get me every discount that Edmarks/Chevy had available, he also asked about my membership to my local credit union and secured a loan through it. He then asked about my Costco membership and processed the paperwork which awarded me a $700.00 cash card from Costo's Auto Program. This car had not arrived at Edmarks yet, still in shipping. Nico took me to their shipping section and found that the car would be delivered the next day, a great relief to me as I needed the car as soon as possible to get to work. Not having a car available to me, Nico loaned me his personal car to unload all my personal stuff from my old car and take it home. When my car arrived on 12/22/15 (my 65th birthday), Nico personally delivered it to me at my home. He took over a half hour of his time to go through all the features on it, help me get registered with OnStar and make me feel completely comfortable with my new purchase. If you want an excellent, courteous, professional sales representative, go to Edmarks and ask for Nico Acosta! He's one in a million! Thank you Nico!

Disappointed
Came in for my first oil change in a '15 Silverado I purchased there. I've owned numerous vehicles before and have always brought them to the purchase dealership for all my auto needs. Usually when I bring it in to the dealership for any type of work done, it's returned to me washed and cleaned. I was surprised that it wasn't. As someone who has worked in the Customer Service field many years I know it's small things you do for the customer that show sincerity and result in repeat business. I'll return for another oil change. But if it's the same then I'll probably start going to Peterson Chevrolet for business.
