**** Best Experience EVER ****

I had originally stopped to by a used truck because other dealerships had lead me to think that it was my only choice. Not only did they get me into a new Silverado but they got my APR at more than half of my previous choice dealership. I would recommend Edmark to anyone. They find a way to get it done! Thank you Paul and Preston.

Very pleasant experience.

My wife and I stopped by the service department without an appointment and they got us right in and solved the problem. Meanwhile I test drove a new Silverado 1500 with Geoff Jones who did a great job with no pressure. Everyone was so easy to work with Greg,Miles,Mike, and TR, that we decided to lease two new Silverados. One of the best car buying experiences we've ever had.

Top Notch Group

"Dave, Byron and Preston made our buying of a vehicle very pleasant.! We have done business in the past and will do it again! Top notch group! Got exactly what we wanted, when we wanted it and how we wanted it and then more without asking! They looked out for us and gave us a better deal even after we agreed to the price.

Service Center has great customer service

Took my Silverado in for service and was done in the amount of time it was promised. Will be bringing the truck back again for service.

Service was Great!

I originally went to Edmark to buy a used car from a salesman that i personally knew to be a man above reproach. I was very happy with the HHR that we bought. I was impressed then with the dealership. We then had a problem getting the key out of the ignition and through the internet found out that GM had issued a non safety volunteer recall on this ignition part. I called up Edmark and they immediately made me an appointment to get it replaced at no cost. I took the car down to them and they replaced it quickly and I was on my way. I would comment highly that this is a very friendly and professional dealership and those individuals I dealt with were cordial and knew what they were doing. I am a Ford person, but I would have to say that Edmark ranks very high in the cleanliness and the lounge areas for the customers to wait. They comfortable seating, plenty of reading material and 3 very large screen tv's. They also a wi-fi connection.

Best Dealership in the country!

I've done business with Edmark since 1997. I've been totally satisfied, and have bought numerous vehicles from them. Their staff are consummate professionals, and they treat me like an old friend. recently we had the steering gear replaced for the third time in our 2004 Sierra Duramax. In less than 24 hours a seal failed that had been part of the parts package for the steering gear. It cost $600 to have it towed to a dealership that could fix it. General Motors Corporation regional representative said they would not pay for the towing because it was not their policy. Well, it's been my policy to buy General Motors vehicles for over 50 years, but since GM wouldn't change their policy, I changed mine. We traded in the truck which now has it's fifth steering gear, and bought a new FORD.

A Cut Above and Pleasant Surprise

It had been several years since my last car purchase and I admit I dreaded the thought of high pressure salesmen tactics. When purchasing my 2015 KIA Soul the salesman and staff went out of their way to ensure my my comfort zone was met, the experience enjoyable and no pressure.

Courteous and helpful service

I had my new truck in for its first oil change covered under the new car purchase and they took care of the service quickly. No negativity of having to support this service. Everyone was super helpful getting me in and on my way.

Great service

I purchased a used Chevy Volt from this dealer. After 3 weeks, an error message appeared, which prevented us from charging the battery. I made an appointment online and dropped the car on a Saturday. By Monday, early in the morning the car was already repaired at no cost.
