The Best car buying experience ever

My salesman Dave Louie was so personable, we started out on the phone, with me telling him what i was looking for and where i would like my payments at. By the time i got to the dealership, it was painless, He was very knowledgeable about the new vehicle and how everything was going to go. This is truly the best car buying experience i have ever had. Stress and hassle free. I'm so happy with my new 2015 Sonic.

A great, stress-free buying experience all the way around

Dave Louie was a personable, extremely knowledgeable sales associate; we came in at 7:45p on a Friday evening--Dave spent so much time with us test driving, and finding the best truck that fit my needs and what I wanted to spend. Dealing with Dave felt like you were buying a vehicle from a good friend...who wanted to put you in the best vehicle possible at the best price. Even though it was Friday night, and by the time we had picked the truck it was WAY past hours--Dave spend as much time as we needed to make sure we got the right truck. The next day, we came back in to purchase the truck and he greeted us in the parking lot as soon as we pulled in, truck was ready for us to take delivery of. We would buy from Dave again in a heartbeat. Thank you for a great buying experience. And by the way, Mike Betts was just as professional!

Edmark GMC Sales and service

Edmark salesman Sam Kirsch is extremely knowledgeable about the product he sells. He knew all the GM programs explained the best way for us to purchase a vehicle that would benefit the buyer. Was patient and called me immediately when the vehicle I wanted came in on a truck. The buying process was easy and he helped with delivery and took as much time as needed to explain everything, turning down sale opprutunities to stay with us till we were done. The next day I had a few tech questions, so aI stopped by the service department without an appointment and they took care of everything. Awesome

Great salesman .. Terrible managers.

I purchased my car used but just a couple of years old from Anthony who was a great honest salesman. My car had an issue on the second day I owned it I received nothing but crap from the service manager Craig while trying to get them to cover the repairs to my two day old car that was supposedly certified used. Whatever that means. Once they realized it was a warranty issue they fixed the issue. I was given a rental car. Which I had to pay the deposit on and I had to refill the gas tank out of pocket. Usually this wouldn't be a big deal but Craig in service told me they didn't have it in them to refill the tank after I had to drive to their service center twice from out of town because I was sold a broken car. So the repaid were Only covered by Chevys warranty and anything else was out of my pocket. This is after my brother and I both ourchased cars from them. We will not be back because of the service management also my parents decided to go buy their new truck from another dealer due to the way I was treated. Once they get you in a car, the service manager could care less about what you spent. He was demeaning and shallow and didn't listen to the customer or go out of his way to help or make things right. He also blamed the used car manager on missing the problem with the car when I asked about it being cerfmtified used and this problem reporting on the ecu tool for a long history.

Easy buying no pushy salesman!

From the start you will notice that salesman aren't the typical pushy salesman. First vehicle purchased from Edmark and will definitely go back if I buy another. Kenny was awesome and so was everyone else in the store. They all stopped to talk to my kids and and ask if we'd like a drink or a snack. Very pleased with Edmark.

A pleasant experience

Purchased a new Z71 Chevy Silverado on 6/20/15 from Edmark. The salesperson, Anythony Amado, was very straightforward, nice, and easy to deal with. We looked at the Silverado, then said we were going to look at some Fords, and Anthony said "yeah go check out the F150's, and I'll see you in about 10 minutes!" We drove through the Ford lot, and couldnt find a comparable truck that was under 10 grand more than the Chevy. In 10 minutes, we were back at Edmark, and in the cool AC showroom starting the paperwork on our new Chevy truck. The sale room was slammed on a saturday afternoon, so it took a little longer to complete the purchase. My wife had to leave early before we finished the paperwork, so Anthony followed me home to get the final signatures from her. We are pleased with the truck, as well as the salesman, and staff at Edmark. And still feeling a little giddy from getting such a great deal on a sweet new truck.

Best Car Buying Experience.

Tim Wurtz and Jeremy Foresee delivered the best price on Yukon Denali. We flew down from California to buy our car. Would definitely recommend buying at Edmark.
