My Cadillac was ready before time I was quoted
Bought my Cadillac SRX from Edmark. Took it in for it's first oil change and maintenance and I was told it would be an hour. My car was ready for me in 40 minutes. Great dealership to deal with and easy to book appointment.

My fiancé came to edmark to buy our first car because we needed something reliable and good on gas, we always heard bad things about dealerships in general from my family so we were skeptical when we first stopped by, but once we got there we were welcomed by an amazing salesman, Bryan Beaty, and he asked us what we were looking for and made our first car buying experience amazing!

best car buying experience by far
love, love, love the best price deals. When we arrived from Portland to purchase our new 2015 GMC truck,there was a few surprises. The first was the size of the dealership, it was huge. Next was the truck was better looking in person than in the pictures. The price that was quoted on the internet was the price i paid, no up selling just the price. which was a fresh experience with me. the dealership was very clean. i just cant say enough good things about EDMARK SUPERSTORE, Jeremy Forsee, and the rest of the staff. I was very pleased with my whole experience at EDMARK. GREAT JOB GUY !!!!!!!!!

One stop shop.
We ended up at Edmark after a visit to another dealer in Boise. Prices were better, vehicle information and expanation was better. Selection of various models, colors and prices was much greater that the other dealer. We needed some accessories for a long trip we were taking, the other dealer said they could not supply the accessories or would have to order them. Edmark had all of the accessories we needed and prices and installation was at a better rate than we have seen at other stores. Our trip was only a few days away and everyone of our needs was satisfied. The only negative was that the trade in value was lower than expected, but everthing else was great.

Matt Byars & Unknown sales manager
I recently visited Edmark and found a Nissan Maxima that was very clean. Upon test driving the vehicle, both the salesman and myself heard a loud unusual noise coming from what sounded like a bad front strut. The vehicle was also pulling to the right. The salesman agreed the noise sounded like a faulty strut and stated the dealership would replace the strut and align the vehicle as it was a safety concern. I understand the vehicle was not brand new, but the vehicle was on the main lot and represented as in excellent condition. Upon leaving to retrieve a trade in vehicle I was contacted by phone and again informed by the salesman that his manager agreed it was a faulty strut and the dealership would pay to repair it. I was then contacted about 10 minutes later and informed a third person had inspected the strut and that it still had " a lot of life" and therefore the manager had changed his mind on covering the repair. I informed the salesman a strut is either faulty or not, to which I was informed the manager stated the car was not suppose to be on the main lot but yet the bargain lot. I was given the run around for another hour or so and when all said and done the dealership only agreed to take $300 dollars off of the purchase price of the vehicle. I will not purchase another vehicle from Edmark nor will I recommend them to family or friends.
