We came in to get 2 new remotes for our car and started...

We came in to get 2 new remotes for our car and started look at a booklet about our new can now. We liked what is said and a nice sales person showed us one on the lot. ee lookes it over and said why don't you run some #'s for us. We have no need for a new car. We loved our Buick. A few hours later we drove away in a new care. Everyone was friendly and worked hard to get us the new car.

I usually avoid big dealership because of obnoxious...

I usually avoid big dealership because of obnoxious salesmen but to my surprise Sabastian was very pleasant and very knowledgeable towards the vehicle. My experience with Sabastian and Preston was more than I expected. They were professional and very considerate of our long wait in the sale of the truck it made us feel very comfortable. they even fed us pizza LOL Because of my experience with the whole staff I would definitely return and refer your to anyone else Thanks Jay and Tana Brown

My husband and I have never had such a great experience...

My husband and I have never had such a great experience when buying a new vehicle great service, great price cheapest in the area and they check for any extra incentives that are available to save you money, great customer service. Iwas also impressed with Dave going the extra distance to show us how to work all of the cool features on our new truck.

Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and went out of their way to see that i was given the best service possible. They kept offering rides to everyone there waiting.

Dave was just awesome! He was very informative and very...

Dave was just awesome! He was very informative and very professional and made us feel right at home. His dedication and thoroughness to help me get everything in order after the sale was great too! I've never bought a car where it has so many gadgets and actually have the salesman make sure that I knew how it all worked and helped me get it all set up. I would definitely recommend Dave to my friends and family! Thank you!

Was greeted promptly and Greg and Mike went out of their way to find us a car that would fit our needs. Was greeted by the owner Dave Edmark, personally. You just don't see that kind of service anymore.

The new car had teething problems when I drove it. They got the car in, talked to me, listened to what I had to say, put it up on the hoist, their lead master mechanic, Jason, came out to talk to me and explained what he found, and wanted to continue to check and I got a call from Marcy to tell me about the horn issue as well. Then Jason wanted to test drive and I received a call to validate it was okay for him to drive the car for a number of miles to find out if there was anything else. After we talked and I said I was following the break-in procedure, he assured me he understood and would follow what I was doing as well. Excellent service, caring, others stopped by to ask how I was doing, the owner stopped to visit with me, felt like part of the family. From my perspective, you cannot find a better dealership and service, period.

I am always met with a smile, with very helpful people, quick service and a cold drink of water or soda. They always live up to my expectations or go beyond. This is the best dealership I have ever done business with. In fifty years I have had more than 50 brand new cars. This is my favorite of them all. Thanks for excellence. Charles Crane

Matt Christensen and Ron Bovee helped me so much while...

Matt Christensen and Ron Bovee helped me so much while looking for my new car. Matt was able to show me the cars in my price range and nothing else. He did not try to sell me on another car that was outside what I could afford. Ron took me on my test drive and he was knowledgeable about the car. Both of them were curteous, knowledgeable and all around wonderful people. All the people I came in contact with at Edmark were wonderful.
