Had a check engine light appear on my 2010 Silverado...

Had a check engine light appear on my 2010 Silverado Duramax 3500 on a Saturday. I called the dealership and was scheduled to get it checked out on Monday. Diagnostics indicated an issue with the Turbo requiring replacement. Since this is an unusual replacement item the part was not in stock nor was there one at any other dealership in the area. Edmark ordered the part and when it arrived scheduled my truck back in and completed the work in one day. Although I didn't need it I was offered transporation home and a pick-up when the job was done. The work was all completed under warranty with no out of pocket costs. Randy Roberts, my service writer, was a pleasure to deal with. He was very professional, friendly, and courteous. Love my Chevy truck and would recommend Edmark.

STAFF WAS EXCEPTIONALLY COURTEOUS. TOOK ALL OF MY CONCERNS INTO ACCOUNT AND GAVE ME AN EXCELLENT DEAL ON THE PRODUCT THAT I WANTED, NOT THE PRODUCT THEY WANTED TO GET OFF THE LOT. THEY EVEN LAUGHED AT MY LAME JOKES AND PUT UP WITH MY MESSING WITH THEM. OVERALL AN EXCELLENT, PROFESSIONAL, SATISFYING EXPERIENCE.

Everyone including the worker who opened the door was...

Everyone including the worker who opened the door was extremely nice. That is mostly forgotten when a business is so short staffed at other places. The car was dropped off at 10:00 AM on Friday and I was expecting to return on Monday. The car was ready Friday afternoon - how's that for speed! My only regret is I forgot to ask how to change menu # 3 (miles left with gas held) to menu #7 (how fast you are going). The work was recall and overcoat which was 0 so I would say the price was right. The car was bright and shiny inside and out - very nice.

We came to Edmark to purchase a GMC Truck. We were assisted by Ashley, he was very informative and knowledgable. Waiting about an hour for Service to bring fuel, so we could test drive our new truck, was our only hiccup. All in all we have a good experience.

Mr. Bishop was the associate that I worked with and he...

Mr. Bishop was the associate that I worked with and he was amazing. He was able to get me into the car that I wanted at the rate and price that I wanted. He was also able to get me an excellent price on my vehicle trade-in. Mr. Edmark was also extremely personable and thanked me for my service in the military and gave me a $500.00 military discount!!! I would strongly recommend this dealership to anybody looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. They are honest and fair. I have dealt with many car dealerships in the past and none have compared to the level of costomer service, fairness or honesty provided by Edmark.

Ashley was very helpful. He knew what vehicle we needed and did not rush us to decide which was right for us like most sales officiants do. He was exceptionally personable! He gave us great advice for our car for the future use of it as well!

Took my 2012 Kia Sportage over for service, I noticed...

Took my 2012 Kia Sportage over for service, I noticed stitching tearing loose on passenger seat. They replaced the seat with no questions or problems , serviced my vehicle. I had noticed a rattle in the car so a tech took a test drive with me, scheduled an appointment and they took care of it. They go over and above to make sure that I am satisfied when I leave there. I love this car and the service that I have had and would recommend this dealership to everyone.

We had a very good experience at your store! I was pleased that Ron was very straightforward, knowledgeable, and low pressure. We enjoyed getting to know Ron and many other helpful folks. I brough my new Chevy 2500 HD in for a factory recall. Replacement part was not in stock so I was provided a new, clean loaner pickup to use until work was completed. Everything I asked to be checked, was not only checked but documented in the file. Any bulletins related to items I wanted checked were provided to me. the service was excellent.
