Both, Samantha and Tom are being very friendly, greeting me with a big smile and a professional approach at the same time. They always make sure that I live the shop satisfied and with a job done the correct way, which makes me building up the trust that I already have.

This was by far the best experience I have ever had . I am a single mom and trying to get on my feet so they worked with me to get the loan to help me repair my credit and be in the price range I needed. I love my New Chevy Sonic! Thank you Edmark. Thanks to Stuart you were so awesome and made me feel less stress through every part of the experience. Also a shout out to Preston after all the calls to the finance company on my behalf. All the staff is super Nice and just a great overall experience.

I bought a car four months ago from another dealer in town and it was the worst experience I have ever had. That car was totaled in an accident and I was going to be smarter and less trusting of dealerships this time around. Edmark was great, they showed me several cars and worked very hard on the financing. I love my car and very satisfied when I left. I will buy my next car from Edmark again and I will recommend them to friends and family.

The salesman I worked with, Tony, was great. He did not...

The salesman I worked with, Tony, was great. He did not try and talk me into a car I wasn't interested in, which I found to be the case at other dealerships. He listened to what I was looking for, and directed me to a vehicle that met those needs and was in my price range. The manager helped me with the financing and found the best rate he could. I will never buy a car from anywhere else!

2008 Saturn Outlook, 35,000 miles. During a service...

2008 Saturn Outlook, 35,000 miles. During a service visit for an oil change the week before, the technician noticed a slight leak at the left front output drive seal of the transmission. The service advisor (Randy) asked that I make an appointment to have the seal replaced at no charge. I did make an appointment to have the work done with Bill Weaver. While doing the repair it was noticed that a slight coolant leak was developing at the water pump. They replaced the necessary parts to repair the problem, also at no charge. Great service. Neither problem was a cause for concern and probably would have gone unnoticed, but this dealer was willing to fix the potential problems while the car was still under warranty. Edmark will certainly be my first choice for our next automobile purchase and all service work.

Had to bring in my car for a recall. Matthew set me up...

Had to bring in my car for a recall. Matthew set me up for an appointment on the day and time I wanted. He got me in and out a half hour earlier than their estimate. I was offered drinks and snacks and taken to a very nice customer lounge. Matthew had my car washed and explained everything that was done in detail and answered all my question. Outstanding Job by all! Jerry Riley

I cannot express how amazing this dealership was to work with! They gave me the TIME and the EFFORT that I needed, beings that I was buying from out of state. I would HIGHLY recommend Tommy as a salesman.. He was absolutely awesome!!!

Off the lot and after that we dont care

So our buying experience was great, we bought a beautiful 04 tahoe with 37,000 miles on it with all the extras and it was certified. We noticed that the memory seats wouldnt hold our positions, we never had momory seats before and wanted to read the owners manual before taking it back in. One month goes by and we take it in they give us a quote of 1700 bucks for the memory sensor in the seat plus the heating element going bad. Ive been passed around with people looking into this for me and been told I can buy an extended.warranty for 2500.00. I think its a bunch of crap, make things right. Edmark is great when your buying a vehicle but if something goes wrong their customer sevice sucks.

Dear customer, We apologize for taking so long to respond to your comments as we were looking into the situation internally. The vehicle is an ?04, been out of factory warranty for 5 years. That is why we as a store encourage multiple times for our customers to purchase an extended warranty by both the sales consultant and the document processors. Even without purchasing a warranty, Edmark still offers in the 1st month of ownership to pay 50% of all repairs. The vehicle was a local trade and our records indicate that everything was working properly at the time of delivery. However, we strongly recommend every customer to purchase an extended warranty on pre-owned vehicles. Edmark has been in business 85 years and it?s very important to us to give our customers a choice to purchase a warranty every time.

I appreciate the fact that Edmark dealerships post their best price in the window of each vehicle. The customer can quickly find a vehicle which fits their budget. Our sales person was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. I recommend Jason and Edmark without reservation.
