The vehicle was test driven and the problem was properly diagnosed. The parts were ordered and overnighted to the dealership. I was provided a loaner vehicle at no cost to me while the necessary repairs were made. The vehicle was returned to me the next afternoon and I was extremly satisfied with the results of the repair. The salesperson was friendly, upfront, honest, and thorough in his presentation of the sale. The trade-in manager was also frank and honest, which I appreciated because you don't always get the whole truth up front when dealing with used cars. A refreshing experience.

First of all, I was amazed at the discounted price Edmark offered on my new Kia Soul. After doing my research online, I expected to pay about the same price for a much less equipped vehicle. During the sales process, I never once felt like I was overly pressured, and I didn't feel like Edmark was out to trick me or make me pay more. The salesman I worked with was very honest and upfront, and worked hard to get me the best possible deal for financing. Edmark made buying my first new car a wonderful and painless experience.
