The vehicle was test driven and the problem was properly...

The vehicle was test driven and the problem was properly diagnosed. The parts were ordered and overnighted to the dealership. I was provided a loaner vehicle at no cost to me while the necessary repairs were made. The vehicle was returned to me the next afternoon and I was extremly satisfied with the results of the repair. I recommended the dealership to everyone.

Our suburban in one of many vehicles purchased from...

Our suburban in one of many vehicles purchased from Edmark and we always go back because of the special way we are treated from the owner, Dave down to the sales and service people. We feel safer in our suburban, not only from the size standpoint but also the reliability of the vehicles. Bryan thoroughly covered the features of our suburban ad answered all of our questions.

Edmark's service department provides outstanding service and always goes the extra mile to take care of problems. A rental car is always provided for me while my car is serviced.

The salesperson was friendly, upfront, honest, and thorough in his presentation of the sale. The trade-in manager was also frank and honest, which I appreciated because you don't always get the whole truth up front when dealing with used cars. A refreshing experience.

First of all, I was amazed at the discounted price Edmark...

First of all, I was amazed at the discounted price Edmark offered on my new Kia Soul. After doing my research online, I expected to pay about the same price for a much less equipped vehicle. During the sales process, I never once felt like I was overly pressured, and I didn't feel like Edmark was out to trick me or make me pay more. The salesman I worked with was very honest and upfront, and worked hard to get me the best possible deal for financing. Edmark made buying my first new car a wonderful and painless experience.
