Poor service!

Have had poor service for years. Recent visit kept me waiting for several hours after I was told it would be done. Never called or apologized. And, they are expensive compared to other shops in the area. Wanted to look at new cars while I was waiting but all the sales reps were standing around talking. No one wanted to go out in the cold.

Z3 bad service

Service was not up to their old standards. Had a problem with the BMW so dropped it off the night before without an appointment. Expected to at least hear something and set up an appointment. Next day at 4:00pm stopped in after no contact. The key and early bird envelope had not even been removed from the outside drop box. Was told it would be a week before I could get a first thing in the morning appointment which was ok, Did a similar event, filled out the envelope and left key in the drop box the night before. At 2 pm no contact so stopped in and service went to service area and told me that parts were needed but no estimate. We discussed and I asked him to just do it as the car was not usable without the parts. He said it would take 4 or 5 days to get parts unless I wanted to pay for overnight. As it turned out, parts took a week, wonder what the charge would have been for over night. Car received a free check out but when I got in with the engine running the service needed light was on with no comment!! Also remember when we bought it there, the service included a loaner if they had to keep it overnight. Does not happen any more.

Easiest Deal Ever Made

The staff at Peterson Lexus is top rated and I would recommend them to all. They were very honest with us and worked hard which provide excellent customer service.

We have purchased 2 Toyota vehicles in recent years through the Peterson Toyota dealership. Adam Beumeler was the Client Advisor for the purchases and has always been helpful, informative, and very easy to work with. Other staff at Peterson Toyota have consistently been friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous with us.

Good work on the vehicle but lackluster service

This is the first BMW dealership I have been to in the US and Germany that not only did not offer a loaner car during service but flat out refused. The dealer claimed they were out of loaners but it is a complex of vehicle sales entities that fall under the Peterson umbrella. They refused call to Peterson Toyota to see if that dealer had a loaner. They share a lot and are under the same name. The tech just told my wife to take the bus. Completely unacceptable and this is the 2nd poor service incident my family has experienced from a Peterson organization in the last 6 months.

No longer a top dealership. It's fallen off since Jim Tully

Peterson used to be a top notch dealership under GM Jim Tully. Jim would always walk the showroom floor and greet and speak customers. Since Jim left two years ago I have never met the new GM. I receive constant mailers and emails wanting me to upgrade my BMW to a 2019 model. That is the only interaction I have had with the new GM Nils Peterson. The general atmosphere has changed and is no longer an inviting place to visit.

Excellent service and follow-up

Ryan and staff were extremely helpful during my recent service visit. I had a few questions that were answered fully and completely. If they didn't have an answer, the immediately found someone to help me, to include some very helpful suggestions for my navigation update. It is truly a wonderful experience every time I bring my car in for service. Thank you!!

Great Customer Service

The customer service, as well as the work that was done on my vehicle, was excellent. All the employees I saw were courteous. I have no concerns or complaints.

This is the 3rd Vehicle we have purchased from Peterson's.

Kasey was very professional and attentive to our wants and needs. We purchased a 2019 Highlander that he had worked hard to ensure we got with all the options we wanted.

Very nice and patient

When I worked with Micheal, I had some questions.He of course awnsered all of them very thoroughly. And even though I have a very strong accent, he tried his best to understand it and listened the whole time. He’s a very good person to work with. If you considered to buy a vehicle, I would recommend that company and him to work with.
