In a hurry I called the service dept to schedule my 15k service for my 2013 Tundra. They were able to fit me in the very next morning. I got there and they said it would be about an hour to an hour and a half. I settled into the customer lounge for the wait, but instead, they handed me the keys to my freshly serviced and washed truck in 33 minutes flat. Any extra hour during the holiday crush is regarded as a blessing in my world. I'm impressed.

My experience purchasing new tires at Peterson BMW through Curtis exceeding any expectations. They had a loaner car available, they took care of my brakes as a last minute request, and they had me ready to go at the time promised. All in all it was an excellent experience. Well Done!!

I've bought six new Toyotas and one new Lexus from the Peterson Toyota and had each one serviced continuously from Peterson. I have been conditioned tho expect great service and that what I have always received. I don't know that I will ever buy a car from another dealer.

This is the 2nd time we have had service done at Peterson and will continue to go there because we find them competent, friendly, and caring. They are very thorough and honest about needed repairs but not pushy. I feel like they are very concerned about giving me the very best service and priced reasonably.

I have been going to Peterson since 2007, I have an excellent customer service and my last visit was with Darin Ball. His knowledge and being able to explain the repairs that are recommended and that need to be done is excellent. I know by going to Peterson Toyota that I'm receiving quality work and care as well as knowing the Toyota certified techs are working on my car. I would recommend Peterson for Service as well as purchasing a car. I have had my Toyota Corolla since 2003 and it keeps performing well.

I bought my Camry LE in October 2011 and have taken the vehicle to Peterson Toyota for every oil change and required service ever since. I have always been treated kindly and respectfully and have NEVER been pressured in any way. If you are looking to buy, Gerry is the guy for you and all the service people are great.

Staff is always very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile for all they do. I am very pleased and would definitely recommend them to anyone that needed a good and trustworthy place to take their bmw.

It's always a pleasure to go to Peterson Toyota. From the time I drive into the service area to the time I am escorted back to my car, the experience is great. I appreciate the customer waiting area. I can read a book or watch TV in the comfortable chairs while enjoying the free coffee. I also have used the customer work stations if I have some things to do on my iPad. The time passes so quickly I'm always surprised when the service representative comes to let me know my car is ready. I can't think of one complaint.

I want to thank Brit for his excellent work in selling us or new 201FJ Cruiser on 12/6/2014. He was patient, knowledgeable and did his best to meet us in the middle in the price negotiation. He was especially attentative after the purchase in explaining and demonstrating all the new and unfamiliar features and capabilities of the new vehicle.
