Peterson Toyota review

Every aspect of the sales process was enjoyable. From meeting our salesman Brady to the closing of the financials with Jay everything went smoothe and quickly. We have purchased many cars through Pertersons and will continue to use the as our dealer of choice.

Love everyone there!

Been taking our 335i (that we bought there) there for two years. My parents have also bought 2 vehicles from them and have had the same experiance. Every time they roll out the red carpet for us. It real is the whole dealer ship too. Jim is fantastic and funny, Sam is very knowledgable and helpful, Rafael in service is great, the guys in the shop.... the list goes on.

Fabulous!

I bought my new Rav 4 at Peterson Toyota this summer. The salesman was knowledgeable, friendly and available for any help or questions that I had. Since then, I also purchased the hitch/bike rack and had the same luck with the people and service. Now, I just had my 6th month check up and was totally pleased with the service and the people who work there!

Trade in experience

I had a really terrible experience with the dealership's service department after a few repairs on my trade in. I was not really sure about buying a car from them after how poorly that went. I did want another Toyota and Eddie Charters, and the rest of their team, showed me cars that would best fit my needs and even paid for the remaining service on my trade in for good graces. I really appreciated how they treated me and how they are so accepting of all types of individuals there.

Buy a car from Jeff

We went in to have an oil change on our Toyota Camry and while we were there thought we would look at a new Camry. I had been looking online at various places so I knew what I wanted and what I was looking for in a new Camry. We were introduced to Jeff Crabtree who listened carefully to what I was looking for and what I had found in my online searching. He showed me exactly what I asked for and explained everything I had questions about. We left with a new 2014 Camry with exactly what we were looking for and met all our expectations. It saved me from flying to an out of state dealer which is what I thought I was going to have to do to get what I wanted. He offered me the exact same price and better financing terms. There was never any of the "typical" salesman pressure. Instead I felt like I was talking to a friend who had our best interests at heart. He has contacted me since to see if I have further questions after having had the car for a week and will willing answer those questions when I get the time to go back in and have him show me the answers to those questions on the car. This is the most delightful experience I have had buying a car thanks to Jeff and all the great people at Peterson's Toyota.

Service and Facility

I remember going to auto repair places where I didn't have a chair to sit on while I waited in the cold. The quality of Peterson facilities are the best I've been happy to wait in and time seems to fly. Places to sit, tables to work on, clean bathrooms, and snacks/drinks plus warmth really make you feel important. My service manager, Kaden Moss was a real help, answering all my questions, keeping me informed, and was the epitome of customer service. The professionalism is why I will keep coming back to Peterson Toyota.

TLC for a timeless e38

We recently moved to Idaho, after living in a small Texas town for the last seven years. Unfortunately, the nearest BMW dealership was four hours from us, so our 2001 740iL lacked needed regular maintenance. Traci Recla, at BMW of Boise, was very friendly, listened to my maintenance concerns, and helped me with a plan to get our e38 back to beautiful running condition. We were given a coutesy car to use, while ours was being repaired, and our car was repaired BEFORE the promised date. The price was fair and I couldn't be more satisfied with the work done. We still have repairs to make, but we will definitely be coming back to see Traci.

Great service, kept informed of progress

My service manager Kadin Moss kept me informed of what was going on with my service as a Toyota computer wasn't working and couldn't update my product. I like getting updates. The service being completed saves me from having to go back again for something like an air filter. It may sound like something small, but it saves a lot of time. Look for Kadin, he'll get you back on the road without delay!

Great car buying experience

My wife and I worked with sales consultant Brent Palmatier and it was an excellent experience. We received a great deal with his assistance. We purchased a used car from Peterson Toyota Scion. Peterson has a great selection of used cars and with Brent's help we were able to find exactly what we were looking for. If you go to Peterson Toyota ask for Brent and and he will work tirelessly to make sure you get the car you are looking for.
