Fantastic people

Great job on the car, Joe. Everyone was courteous as always. I bought my first car from Peterson's 40 years ago. Wouldn't think of buying or servicing or repairing (including body work) anywhere else.

Sales dept. bad, service dept. fantastic.

I believe their website has bait vehicles just to get you in the door. Somehow they sell the night before you get there. As the salesman said, "what are the odds?? My answer, "astronomical". Once they get you in they want to show the new cars and don't listen to what you want. Apparently there is a push by management to sell certain cars. I want a 4Runner; well those are nice but look at this Tacoma instead. On to the service department. It is exceptional and the personnel are knowledgeable and friendly. They get maintenance done rapidly and have a great lounge area to kill some time in. They even have work stations for customers so the time lost is not lost time.

They advocated for us

When transmission issues arose with my 2008 X3, Curtis, Rafael and Peterson BMW went to bat for us and resolved the problem to our satisfaction

Pleasant car buying experience

Came in to look at a pre-owned BMW listed on the website. Lee was very friendly and professional and did not pressure us while we looked. On our test drive he explained the features, benefits and even some quirks of the particular model we were driving. Showroom was neat and clean and there was a good selection of complimentary beverages while we waited. Lee reviewed the warranty and financing offers available to us and let us spend some time alone to make our decision. There were no high pressure sales tactics when it came time to sign. The vehicle was delivered promptly, was clean and had a full tank of gas. I must say this was the most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had.

Excellent Service and Attitude

This service was scheduled with Robert a few weeks in advance. When I arrived (earlier than scheduled) Robert met me in the service line and the process began. He knew what we had talked about earlier and the loaner car was immediately available as promised. The car was ready when promised. There were two service matters during the day that Robert brought to my attention by telephone. This is by far the best BMW service experience I have had.

Toyota buying made easy!

Mike Matthews went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and relaxed, and I feel, gave me an excellent deal on my Camry. He showed me a wide variety of vehicles to choose from and really listened to my needs. Before I drove off in my new car, he even helped me sinc my iPhone for hands free driving, and find my favorite oldies station on the radio! I would recommend Mike for his quiet and confident manner, as well as professional appearance, and Peterson's to anyone wanting to buy a new car. Pat and Nick helped me order the few extra items I added to my car, and while I had the work done they gave me a 2014 loaner that was awesome. I would drive from Caldwell again to buy my next Camry, just because of the friendly, courteous, and knowledgable staff, and they gave me the best deal I could find in southern Idaho. Roberta

Awesome truck buying experience!

We recently purchased a 2014 Toyota tundra and absolutely love it!! Charlie Mignerey helped us find our dream truck. He was wonderful in answering all our questions, addressing our concerns and being patient with our multiple requirements. He was not pushy which was much appreciated! His wonderful service continues as he is still available and willing to answer additional questions and concerns we have.
