I came in for a 35,000 mile check up and it was a very busy day in the service area. The service manager Shelby saw me standing there and she came out of the back office to help me personally. My experience's with Peterson Toyota have all been positive. They are true professionals and I always refer Peterson Toyota to all my family and friends!

I began my search for a used vehicle about 6 months ago working initially with Beth Foote and then with Troy Woodward. As I was returning from overseas, I was not able to physically check any vehicles and thought I would only be able to buy a used vehicle. Luckily, my timing allowed me to take advantage of the 2014 model clearance sale and I was able to buy a new 2014 RAV 4. Troy provided such excellent service that I am referring friends to him already! Thanks for a painless experience!

I hadn't used Peterson service for years & one day remembered they had done great work on my 2000 LandCruiser -- they're just not in the area of my daily travels. Anyway, I needed 8 Iridium Spark Plugs replaced (expensive anywhere). Peterson did an excellent job and charged the same price I was quoted by lesser garages. This is the only dealer I've ever been to that doesn't charge a customer to death. I'd recommend them.

Found the Truck i wanted on line. Called Ashley she answered my Questions. She handed me over to Brit Messmann. He was great, picked us up at airport [from Portland] Truck was out front washed and ready to go. Went for a short test drive. Paper work was all correct, signed a few lines and on the road in less then an hour.. Took a week's vacation and enjoyed driving a new Truck home.

Lee did a wonderful job of helping my wife and I secure a new (used) car. He did not pressure us but was very helpful and honest and really looked out for us.

Ashley answered the phone and started a refreshing experience. She was knowledgeable and pleasant and very upbeat! She handed me off to Jeff Crabtree who fulfilled the best experience I have had buying a car in several years. He was prompt and very credible and established trust (unusual) early on in the process. He worked on the deal and we ended up with a fair deal meaning Peterson made money to keep the doors open and I was pleased. I had talked to 4 dealers prior to talking to Jeff and they didn't act like they wanted the business. Jeff was persistent, but not overbearing. He is a real gentleman and asset to your organization. He followed thru on all fronts and made the experience refreshing. I buy a lot of vehicles and infrequently have a positive experience like the one with Jeff.

Years ago I purchased a vehicle from Peterson Toyota in Boise. I was very happy with that experience and car, so I wanted to see what they were like now. I went in with the idea of test driving a car and to see if a good deal could be made on my trade-in. Lee Hawkins was the salesman I worked with. He was very knowledgeable about helping find the car I wanted. He did not pressure me into buying and was courteous throughout the process. The financing dept was able to work out a deal that was satisfactory to me. I found Peterson is as easy to work with as they were years ago and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a car.
