I purchased a 2017 low mileage CERTIFIED pre owned toyota tacoma from peterson. After only having the vehicle for less than 8 months the battery and the alternator went completely out and left me stranded. When purchasing the vehicle they claimed that everything passed inspection. They made everything under the hood look shiny and new when in reality some parts were a ticking time bomb. In December we brought the truck in to get the complimentary oil change etc and they said everything looked great (when it wasn't). I called Peterson and told them what happened and they said there is nothing they can do. Beware of this dealership, they just want your money and will give you an unreliable vehicle which can put you and your family at danger. I also spoke with the mechanics that worked on my vehicle and they said that this situation is unjust and peterson should be held accountable. I believe this was negligence on their part. I shouldn't be paying $600 a month on a truck and run into a situation like this 8 months in

Great dealership! Very friendly. They were ready to test drive all the vehicles I was interested in when I got there. Great customer service as I was deciding what car I wanted, down to getting financed for it! Would recommend to anyone looking to get into a good car!

I made an appointment for a routine oil change and brake fluid flush, both warranty items on my 2018 X3 M40. I mentioned that I’d like to wait for the car to be completed. An hour and a half later all was done. The service tech sent me a video of the inspection of all car components that were checked. The waiting room was well stocked with coffee, tea, soft drinks etc. and seating was socially distanced. Morgan was very attentive to my schedule and the fact that I drove in from McCall. I would highly recommend this dealer for the purchase of a vehicle and or service.

I recently relocated to Idaho and wanted to do my service here. I had a bit of a problem trying to make an appointment online and did a text then made the appointment over the phone. I thought my time was for 11 and when we got there I was told it was for 10. I was surprise I didn't get a call about being late although they were accommodating and was still able to complete the service in a little over an hour. There is a question in the air about a service button reset and will follow up on it. In the end, I was hoping for a car wash although was told due to COVID they were not doing that which surprised me since local carwashes are open as well as full service carwashes in California. Main thing, I will be back. :-)

Josh Bosier was amazing to work with. I was able to do most of my car buying over the phone and Josh went out of his way to make sure I understood every step of the process in leasing a vehicle. When the time to sign papers came, I went prepared with snacks thinking it would take the usual 2-3 hours I'm used to but it took less than an hour, unreal! I felt like the entire process was transparent and they gave me an amazing deal on my lease. Thanks to Charlie too!

I walked in the dealership at 10:00am. Mike Lamdphere introduced himself to me at the door and by 10:15am he had found me the make and model of Toyota I was looking for. I walked out the door at 11:00am with the purchase completed. I am very happy with my new vehicle and my buying experience with Mike at Peterson Toyota. By the way-- the price was great also.
