When you had Tonja there she was so friendly...She was allot of help and wasn't afraid to talk to you!...The guy that took her place wasn't very friendly at all and we were uncomfortable with him...and when we called him and told him that someone there broke our inside door handle he acted like we were lying!...We will be back Saturday and hopefully your mechanics will fix it for nothing!...

I've had a great experience with these guys at Peterson BMW. They always take care of me and my needs! Anything that needs a fix or even a basic check up they handle it no questions asked! Thank you I appreciate the work you all do!!

Let’s preface this review by saying that I’ve spent over $75,000 at Peterson Lexus here in Boise Idaho. I’ve had nothing but fantastic experiences in the past including working with Michael, Joe etc. Went to buy another Lexus tonight. The deal wasn’t successful but the entire process was flawed by dealing with Tony. He is aggressive and unwilling to work with the customer in anyway. My wife overheard him talking about me with another man as I went to look in our existing car for paperwork. This was before we had even interacted! Hard to imagine a Manager?? Could act this way! You should never talk behind a customers back, that is unacceptable in any business. Avoid at all costs!

Recently leased a car a RX350. Worked with Keith Jensen and Mike Matthews. They were really nice to work with and made the process pretty simple. They did everything I asked so all I would have to do is sign the papers when I got to the dealership. Very happy!

My boyfriend has been a Ford guy his entire 43 years. I convinced him to try a BMW. He loved the car, but even more than that, the experience. Jim Lombardo made the process fun and stress free. If you want to buy a car, get an awesome deal, and enjoy the process, then Jim and the sales management at Peterson BMW are the people to talk to.

I’ve had a great experience with the Service and Parts teams at Peterson BMW. Everyone has been very helpful and pleasant to work with, especially Ryan McCalla who really listens to an owner’s concerns and makes sure they are addressed.

Great staff. Always friendly and helpful. Especially Jake, Rafael and Kenny in the service and parts department. Definitely would recommend for all your BMW needs.
