Great dealer for maintenance / repairs

Torque converter in the transmission was slipping, so a full transmission fluid flush and adjustment was done. It took care of the issue, so the truck is back to normal (do a lot of towing). Great service, very personable and professional. Very high-grade facility both for maintenance or buying new.

An honest dealer

No games, no gimmicks, just a transparent and smooth process. Saul was excellent to work with.

Nope nope ?

Brought my car in because it was having trouble starting due to some theft lock on the car. Was told that a new car fob was all that was needed to fix the issues. Spent over $500 and was told that now a new battery was needed. Installed the new battery and left. Turned the car off at our first stop and car would not start after that. Literally nothing. Called customer service and was basically told they don?t know what it is and that they can take a look but got extra charge. Felt that was not ver good service since we had literally just picked up the car from them. Very unhappy. Was able ti start the car when we first took it but now it won?t start at all and it has a brand new battery!!!! Just very unsatisfied and upset with how the whole situation was handled

Electrician

Have not run across any issue with them so far. Take the vehicle there, when it needs service. They remind you for your appointment and provide a ride home. So you don't have to wait around there at the dealership.

Trustworthy

Over the years, We've tried a few different mechanics. Once we found Lesa at Riverton Chevrolet, we knew we finally found someone we can trust. Someone that makes us feel like we are her only client from the moment we walk in the door. Now, we take all of our cars there, not just our Chevys.

Discontinued part

It was great. Service team kept me up to date on repairs and since one part had been discontinued, they had a work around and explained to me what they did to make it work. It's a 18 year old truck so it's understandable that parts may not be available.

Bolt EV - typical dealer stuff

They called us when they had a Bolt available. Our sales person was helpful (Nelson). But the sales crew was less than honest. First we asked about the $7500 rebate, and was it still available. They totally side stepped the question (They probably knew Chevy doesn't qualify anymore). Next I asked about the level 2 charger. They said they would pay me to put it in. I asked when I would get it, they said it should be in the car. It wasn't, then it turns out that we don't get one. Called GM corporate and they said yes we do get one. The whole thing felt slimy. The dealer should know the answers to the questions, or they do and are do normal car salesmen things
