Discontinued part
It was great. Service team kept me up to date on repairs and since one part had been discontinued, they had a work around and explained to me what they did to make it work. It's a 18 year old truck so it's understandable that parts may not be available.

Bolt EV - typical dealer stuff
They called us when they had a Bolt available. Our sales person was helpful (Nelson). But the sales crew was less than honest. First we asked about the $7500 rebate, and was it still available. They totally side stepped the question (They probably knew Chevy doesn't qualify anymore). Next I asked about the level 2 charger. They said they would pay me to put it in. I asked when I would get it, they said it should be in the car. It wasn't, then it turns out that we don't get one. Called GM corporate and they said yes we do get one. The whole thing felt slimy. The dealer should know the answers to the questions, or they do and are do normal car salesmen things

Ya can't trust anybody these days
The finance representative slipped one in on us. You know when you purchase a new vehicle from a dealer they have you go into a small office to sign the contract of sale? But before that they try and sell you an extended warranty that includes everything with exceptions for about $16k, which is crazy. Well the finance guy and house make a big commission on it. My wife and I told we weren't interested in any of it. So we signed what was put in front of us and went on our merry ways. When we got home we reviewed the documents and noticed they slipped in an extra page for insurance in case the vehicle was stolen. My regular insurance covers it I would never buy something like that. I called and wrote them to undo it. A month letter they sent me a cancel document to sign telling me that my title and license plates were being held hostage until I returned the signed document and they got their money back from the company that I cancelled. Watch out! You just can't trust these people!

Never again
And another thing. I spent $800 getting my vette beautiful and these clowns hit back corner panel. Now they offered to fix it but after their bad performance of not Evan able to change my blinker bulb without removing front bumper would you take back to them. I want to where a sandwich sign and walk in front of their place. My name is John littlefair. Don’t go there for repairers..

quick. friendly and great service
we found a vehicle on autotrader that they had listed, us being from Wyoming didn't know what to expect so I called and talked to a salesman and put some money down to hold it untill we were able to get down there on Saturday, we arrived and they had it warmed up for the test drive, we wanted it so started the paperwork and an hour later we owned the vehicle and the financing was quick and easy. They knew how much we wanted the payments to be and done exactly whatg we wanted. We were really happy on how quick everything went compaired to the last vehicle we bought a few years ago took 5 hours to complete everythingbut that was from a major dealership in Wyoming.
