Ask for Nate if you’re looking to purchase a car! He went the extra mile finding me extra keys from the old owner of the trade in I bought. He got me the best deal I could ever ask for and made it such a friendly and amazing experience. Taylor was the finance person and he was fast, well mannered and transparent. Riverton Chevy has a honest and great crew. They treat you like family and I’ll only buy vehicles from them! Thanks a lot everyone!!!

the lady at the service desk was the best ,, a class

the lady at the service desk was the best ,, a class act trying so hard to help me when i finally finished up with the service i felt like it was x mass i sure will come back and hired help like that are 1 in ten and hard to come by i forget her name but i will bet you know who i am talking about i have bought 2 trucks there the service will keep me coming back

Accessory purchase and installation

They installed a garage door opener button. The truck didn't have one. Turns out it did not work with my older model garage door opener. After reviewing the situation they refunded my money. Great group to work with.

Installed accessories did not work.

Purchased and had installed a GMC garage door opener. Everything was great until I tried to program it to my garage door opener. What they installed only works with WiFi or Bluetooth. It won't work with my radio signal opener. Called to try and get a unit that will work. The individual I spoke with said a manager would be needed to resolve the issue. He would have one call me. It's been 4 days and I'm still waiting.

100% Satisfied.

100% Satisfied. My wife just bought her dream truck and it has been a long time coming. Kyle was our sales guy and right off the bat we were both impressed with how knowledgable he is. Kyle KNOWS his stuff and that is a testament to how much study time he puts in behind the scenes. Our initial test drive was mid December and it took us until mid January before we made it official. Here is the cool thing about Kyle...He listened to us and he knew how important this purchase was so he was able to give us the time and space we needed to be 100% certain and that made all the difference. Send everyone you know to Kyle because he is the REAL DEAL in this industry. We gotta give a special shout out to Ben in finance because he walked us through all of our options at the end to make sure we had the coverage we needed as we bought a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle and the original warranty only had 18,000 miles left on it. Again, Ben listened and knew we planned on keeping this truck for a LONG TIME and getting right extended warranty was very important to us. My family got exactly what we wanted across the board and I can tell you with 100% certainty you are in good hands with Kyle, Ben and the rest of Riverton Chevy.

See Colby Villanueva

Colby Villanueva was amazing! We traded in 2 trucks and bought 3, and he walked me through each step. We received a fair price for our trades and he even worked with us on the price for all 3 of the trucks we purchased. This could've been a very stressful purchase, but Colby kept it as simple as possible. Definitely was a pleasant experience and when we have to look for any new company trucks again, I'm giving Colby a call first. I highly recommend!

DO NOT GO HERE

Brought my truck in for a standard oil change and tire rotation as I always have; after leaving it with them it all of a sudden won't start. So they looked into it and recommend a new battery so I agree and we move forward and everything works and i figure that's the last of it. Fast forward 3 days later and the truck won't turn over while I'm sitting at a gas station, so I have to get it towed to the dealership and they told me they'd call me early in the morning after they looked at it. Never got the call so around 3pm I called them wondering what happened and they tell me it looks like the starters bad, and at this point I'm skeptical of their diagnosis after it took them an hour to tell me I needed a battery last time, but I'm stuck with no real options so I have them put a new starter in. Fast forward again to a week later and the truck won't start in my driveway which results in ANOTHER tow and diagnosis from them. Turns out it was their fault on the installation and a connector wasn't properly put together, so long story short if you're looking for a place that will cause you aggravation, more money spent than needed, and improperly assembled parts, this is your dealership! Will absolutely not be returning here for service and I'd recommend others to do the same.

Couldn't fix my issue

I took my car in to get fixed three times, I was charged over $2800.00 for repairs that were made on the car that didn't fix the problem.

Great dealer for maintenance / repairs

Torque converter in the transmission was slipping, so a full transmission fluid flush and adjustment was done. It took care of the issue, so the truck is back to normal (do a lot of towing). Great service, very personable and professional. Very high-grade facility both for maintenance or buying new.
