Poor customer service - If I could give them 0 stars and write a review, I would! I called on a Sat to let the service department know my car was being towed in and the windows were all down if they could store it indoors. I spoke to two individuals in the service department and both assured me it would be. It was not! As my vehicle was delivered 5 minutes prior to close I knew it wouldn't be looked at until Monday. Monday came and I waited to hear from the service department about a plan. By noon I hadn't heard from them, so I called and spoke with Kiara, who is the biggest liar in the department and the most unprofessional as well. I first lie she told me is that she would call me by end of day to let me know if it had been looked at or not. Never heard from her. waited until noon on Tuesday, still nothing! I called in and she let me know that no one had looked at it yet, and they would not have a chance to look at it until Wednesday... 4 days after it has been dropped off, not sitting a secure place with the windows down and unable to start. Finally Wednesday they call me after noon and let me know it was a dead battery and 2 blown fuses that they will wash the car and have it ready on Thursday. I receive the bill and it is for 2 hours of labor to change 2 fuses! $500!! Then they text me to tell me inventory was incorrect and it will be ready Wednesday at 2:30. I schedule pickup for 5 pm. When I arrive they are not ready for me, I find they charged me for 3 fuses, and they didn't wash the car. Not only that, the fuse box was still open and the cover late left on the floor. The car had not been inside and was filled with dust and dirt from the windy 5 days it sat open! Worst communication ever! worst experience Avoid Tim Dahle Infiniti at all cost! We need a better dealership for Infiniti in Utah.

The service department at Tim Dahle is reason enough to drive an Infinity! Always prompt service, the price they quote is the price you’ll pay. You’ll pick up your car washed & ready to go! I’ll drive Infinity’s forever!

Tim Dahle Infinity seems to be a bot farm.

Tim Dahle Infinity seems to be a bot farm. All my inquiries about shipping a vehicle were met with replies that did not even acknowledge my question, but told me to come in for a test drive. I found them impossible to deal with. I would give this place a hard pass.

Called on a Tuesday and was put in touch with Bruno. I told him which vehicle I wanted to Look at and asked him when I could come up and look at and test drive the car. He told me the car was unavailable until Wednesday because it was being prepared. I called him Wednesday and I was again told to call on Thursday, because they were doing maintenance. I called him and told him if I didn't get to see it that day or start paperwork to get the car I would find another dealer and buy a different car. Bruno to me to come about 1PM. Surprise, it still wasn't ready. He suggested we go through the paper work and I provide the info we would need to quality for buying the 2013 Chevy Equinox. I told him I had enough money that I could buy with cash at $8990 and pay the fees and taxes. A couple of people said I couldn't do that because it would cost me a total of $11,499. This was the first time I have bought a new car or used car from a dealer since 1998. Eventually someone named John was able to walk me through why your dealership does it that way. And explained how the price stays basically the same. I didn't get the car delivered until about noon on Friday and Bruno forgot to bring down the window sticker with him so it was delivered Monday morning. Because of the delays and the range of emotions I experienced I would rate my experience only a 3 out of 5. I am ambivalent about recommending your dealership to others. Larry W. Marshall

This location needs to work on their customer service.

This location needs to work on their customer service. Some of the sales reps and finance people are great, but for the most part the customer service is very poor.

The dealer ship made buying a new car and trading in our current car an easy process. The car was clean and ready to go when I showed up. Very professional.

One star review if I can give them.

One star review if I can give them. As of December 2024. They appear to be on their way out of business. Went to get an oil change on my 2004 G35. 79.95 was the advertised special on their website - is what I agreed to. Check-in attendant nodded head vigorously. When finished... he indicated the charge was going to be $150. Almost double. Name of the game is to gouge for as much money as possible. Don't buy a car or service your car at Tim Dahle stealerships unless it's under warranty. Caveat Emptor. At your own risk. When I indicated the price we agreed on.. he said it was his first day. Liar liar...
