I initially had a positive experience at the service center. They offered a loaner car, which was helpful. However, when I learned my warranty wouldn't cover everything and my out of pockets expenses were around $3,000. This was more than I anticipated, so I decided to have the work done elsewhere. Unfortunately, the service rep, Jacob, seemed unhappy with my decision. He informed me I would be charged for the technician's time diagnosing the issue. His comment about needing to "feed their families" felt unprofessional and pressured me. Jacob sent me a bill for almost $1,000 for the diagnosis alone, which was significantly higher than the advertised $220 fee. I had to speak with the manager, John, to resolve the issue. Thankfully, John was understanding and reviewed the situation. He rectified the mistake and honored the original diagnosis price. While I appreciate John's intervention, the overall experience left me disappointed. That's why I'm giving a 3-star review.

I will never come to this dealer ship again because they replaced my cars transmission for 17,000 dollars still is having problems. 375 for warranty alignment and they don’t even align it because my string wheel is still off and didn’t fix it

I haven't bought a car in quite a while, due to an
I haven't bought a car in quite a while, due to an unfortunate situation I was in the market. I was told to go to Tim Dahle for the lifetime warranty. So that's where I went. They said the lifetime warranty is "free" however, they charge $1900 at closing to make sure "it's good to go." They also sold me on a 5 year warranty (bumper to bumper) for another $3500 and said wear and tear is not covered. Two days after buying this car I had to fork out $800 for new tires. They said I have fog lights, I don't. They kept saying "ya, we'll find out for you and we'll look into that." They didn't. They didn't even fill the gas tank (this one is minor, but it was annoying to leave from buying a car and having to fill the gas tank). It just shows the lack of care that went into this. They wouldn't budge on ANYTHING at all. I have a 824 credit score, and they were going to set me up with a bank at 9% interest. I told them to check my credit union, because that is xx. It came back at 7%. I wish I had gone on here before buying the car. I wouldn't have gone through them. They are crooks and didn't deserve my business. We'll see how they treat me in future. Maybe I'll be able to update this post to something better, but as it is right now- Never again will I go through them.

Been taking my car to Tim Dahle Infiniti for all my service since Ive owned the car. They have always treated me great. Jacob Alviso has been excellent to work with and has always taken care of me. I don't trust my car with anybody else.

I have an Infiniti Q60S and have used Tim Dahle Service for my last 4 vehicles but today I went in for a routine oil change and I have never been treated better. David was my service rep and he went out of his way to accommodate me. Would definitely recommend David for all your service needs!!!

Nice work!!
After several mechanics struggled to figure out the issue with my Infiniti, I took it to Tim Dahle. The service manager, Jacob, discussed the concern with me and then handed me off to David to handle my concerns. David was great throughout this process. He kept me informed throughout the process and he took my concerns into account. Dan was the technician who worked on my car. He was able to pinpoint the problem after looking at all angles of the potential issue. Great job, Tim Dahle Infiniti!
