I recently had my Q50 serviced and received excellent customer service from Andy and the entire Service Department there. I ended up having to leave my car for a few days, and a loaner was immediately provided. Andy called or texted daily about the progress, so I was always well informed on the status of the work being done. It could not have been more painless. Kudos to Andy and the Service Dept.

Online scheduling was easy.
Online scheduling was easy. Had to wait 8 minutes before someone approached me to ask what I needed. Service was performed as needed and on time. However, my car does not automatically reset the tire pressure sensors, so needs to be done manually. Despite my asking if this had been done, and assured that it had been done, it was not. I had to return to the dealership and have them do the job.

Worst service ever
If there was a negative 5 star rating, that is what you would get. I came in expecting help with a problem that resulted from poor care of my vehicle in your service department. Instead, I was forced to pay for new tires that only wore out because the service agreement I paid for was not fulfilled and the tires weren't rotated. Damage is damage. If I cause it, I should pay for it. If the service department causes it by neglect or ineptitude, they should pay for it. Shoulder your responsibility!

This was my first time dealing with Tim Dahle Infiniti. I took my QX60 in for service. Andy was my service advisor and was fantastic. I was most impressed with the frequency and quality of communication on the status of my car. Not generic automatic updates, but useful and personalized updates with video when needed.

Great staff.
Great staff. Very personable. One of the best service programs in the state. The entire process was simple and very transparent. Never felt rushed or pushed. Best staff to work with when buying a car/suv.

We are very happy with our purchase.
We are very happy with our purchase. Our salesman, John K., was wonderful. He was very patient with me as I had a hard time making a decision. The dealership was very clean in the showroom and the bathrooms. We were given a tour and everyone was very nice.
