Tires, alignment, LOF, running boards

Treated very fairly, great customer service, tires: buy 3 and get the fourth for $1.00. Great special. Reasonable total price. Dennis was easy to work with and had answers to most questions. When he did not know, he found the answers and call back. Impressive in today’s world.

Great experience!

The salesman, Kris, was very patient and pleasant to work with. He didn't make me feel rushed or like I was being pressured into anything. He let me test drive whatever car I wanted and I went back to the Honda Pilot. I love this car! Everything from start to finish was easy going and the people were fun to talk with.

Service visit

Everything is great. Cleanliness and welcome feeling of the waiting area is beyond compare. Dennis is always knowledgeable and honest concerning the repairs needed. The visit here is never stressful.

New 2018 Highlander LE Plus

I researched cars on the Internet for some time, but returned to Toyota. We have had 5 Toyotas in the past and find them extremely reliable. I reviewed consumer reports and found that the Highlander has a very good rating. Then sought out Stephen Wade to see what they had in stock. We have had dealings with them several times and found them to be good to deal with. I made contact with Jessica Kroll and told her exactly what we wanted. Then an appointment which we kept even though she did not have the exact color my wife wanted, but she did have it in a beautiful Red. She was prepared and we concluded the deal, which was excellent and to the point. Now my wife loves her new Highlander. Dealing with Stephen Wade was excellent. My advice to anyone is decide what you want, be prepared, know your limits, contact the dealer and do the deal. Easy, simple and uncomplicated and Stephen Wade helps make that happen.

New Rav4

Leased a new Rav 4, Exactly what I wanted. I thought the deal was fair and my salesman, Sebastian was very kind and informative. I would buy from him again. I love Toyota vehicles. My first was a Camry, Drove it 302,000 miles! Second was a Highlander Hybrid and now I am downsizing to a Rav 4. You cannot beat the reliability of a Toyota!
