Honest Dealership

Loyal customer forever! I would NOT even consider taking my Mazda3 elsewhere! Service Rep. Mike Rose was awesome! This dealership is honest and they don't gouge you in their pricing!

Had a salesperson names Sevki. Understood his product, those of his competitors, and cut to the chase on the key points for the transaction, and not wasting our time. Was quickly available by phone after work hours and altered his work schedule to accommodate our needs.

Convenience during Covid 19

I appreciated the convenience of the staff picking up my car to perform the service and returning my car when service was completed during this difficult time and the fast service I received.

Efficient and Professional

Appreciate their opening business during Coronavirus crisis. Scheduling is easy without hassle. Staffs were very friendly and professional. The maintenance job was done excellent and fast.

Great service!

I’m always treated very well and given good deals on great service! It’s fantastic to have a dealer I completely trust! And I love the complementary car wash after service!

Servicing oil change and tire rotation

Due to the demand of my work schedule, Cody Lyon the receptionist was polite, patient and extremely helpful to ease my stress. He had to change my appointments at least six times. Service adviser Greg Walter and service manager Aaron Schlegel are always professional to get the service done in a timely matter. The cite is under major construction but they roll out the magic of their utmost customer service to make you feel comfortable while waiting. This was a very busy Saturday indeed. Excellent job well done.

Oil change...

I've owned many cars in my 60 years, but I've never experienced better pricing compared to car quality than I do with my Mazda 6...2 thumbs up!!

Horrible vehicle service and customer service

Took my car in just for routine maintenance. When i got my car back the brakes were squealing extremely loud and my car had not been making any noises prior. I told the service manager who was unbelievably rude and he told me they didn't touch my breaks during the maintenance. I asked that he put my car back up and take another look because there was clearly an issue that had not been there before i took my car in. He gave me even more attitude and refused saying that he and his team didn't have the time to put my car back up and figure out the problem that they caused. Very poor customer service AND actual vehicle service. definitely will not be returning.

Airbag Recall

Unfortunately the showroom remodeling resulted in the relocation of the service desk. It was also the first day for the service advisor on this particular computer system. Therefore It took some extra time to check in for the appointment. In addition, the repair took a couple of extra hours, since a service technician was out for the day. It seems like the showroom was just remodeled a couple of years ago, but it might have been longer. Everyone was polite, and did their best under the circumstances.

Mr. Ihsan Ghafour

For oil change and tire rotation check maintenance. Regular service with Tuttle click Mazda. They check safety of brakes, fluids and let me know what needs to be done with a car wash at the end. Excellent service.
