Regular checkup

Customer service I got from Aaron was great. He is very friendly and kind. However, they changed a program on the dashboard. I wish they explained what the new program is about and how it would work better than the previous one which used to show my cars position in the lane.

Good experience

I brought my 2014 Mazda 3 to get the navigation screen replaced under warranty because of the touch-screen problem. I was greeted in a timely manner, met with a service advisor and told to take a seat in the waiting area while the screen was replaced. It felt like I had just sat down in their newly remodeled and comfy waiting area when my name was called (it was about an hour but seemed like no time at all). Signed the paperwork and was taken to my freshly-washed car. The repair looked great. I was on my way. The dealership has really improved over the last couple of years. I appreciate this and plan to return to the dealership for future repairs and maintenance. Great job Tuttle Click Mazda.

Great Experience

Everyone has always been friendly and helpful when I have questions or need service. Not really much to add as I haven't needed anything major done but what I have had done was completed when they said it would be and with service that has always been better then other dealerships in the past.

Service on a recall

My car has a recall. I contacted the service department and I was able to make an appointment within a couple days. The staffs were helpful. Thanks to Aaron for his great service.

Best Service Ever

I have bought my last two Mazda’s from Tuttle Click and I had nothing but great experiences here. The service department is outstanding David was always my service rep. Travis took care of me most recently and I cannot day enough good things about him, super professional and fast service. I would not buy or take my cars anywhere else.

Nice Experience

Last time I took my car in for service the dealership looked and felt worn. It was a nice surprise to find the service area and showroom remodeled and fresh. Looks great. Drop-off was a breeze, with a phone call a few hours later to let me know my car was ready.
