Took my Mazda 3 in for front brake replacement. Dropped it off and a few hours later a phone call to let me know the job was done. Quick, easy and they even honored a coupon from another dealer.

This review is for their service manager Travis he was extremely rude with me when I took my vehicle for service. He kept talking over me and kept yelling at me just because I was trying to explain the issues with our vehicle. We were planning to do business with this dealership but after meeting Travis we changed our mind.

After attempting to help you, we can understand why Tustin Mazda has banned you from their property. We addressed your issues, and your brakes operated normally when we drove and inspected them. You are upset because you want Mazda to buy back your vehicle. That is between you and Mazda, not Tuttle Click. We did not even sell you the car. You are taking it out on our employees and your use of profanity, yelling and screaming is not acceptable. Our employees are great people and should not be treated that way. You guys are full of it. Because I been extremely nice to your service department and Rich Radar called me just to tell me that they will not service my vehicle anymore because if they do it will fall under the Lemmon law. What a joke because my car is still under warranty and I can take it to any Mazda dealership. In addition he’s prank calling me just because I left you guys a negative review. I suggest you inform your service department and let them know that I will be filing a police report and I will also take legal action against them directly. In addition I will also notify the media to expose your dishonest dealership.
Amazing quality of service and experience!
I've serviced my 2014 Mazda 3 hatchback here for many years now, and every time it's been a great experience. The mechanics here know their stuff, and the customer representatives make me feel comfortable and at ease.

Customer service I got from Aaron was great. He is very friendly and kind. However, they changed a program on the dashboard. I wish they explained what the new program is about and how it would work better than the previous one which used to show my cars position in the lane.

Good experience
I brought my 2014 Mazda 3 to get the navigation screen replaced under warranty because of the touch-screen problem. I was greeted in a timely manner, met with a service advisor and told to take a seat in the waiting area while the screen was replaced. It felt like I had just sat down in their newly remodeled and comfy waiting area when my name was called (it was about an hour but seemed like no time at all). Signed the paperwork and was taken to my freshly-washed car. The repair looked great. I was on my way. The dealership has really improved over the last couple of years. I appreciate this and plan to return to the dealership for future repairs and maintenance. Great job Tuttle Click Mazda.

Great Experience
Everyone has always been friendly and helpful when I have questions or need service. Not really much to add as I haven't needed anything major done but what I have had done was completed when they said it would be and with service that has always been better then other dealerships in the past.

Best Service Ever
I have bought my last two Mazda’s from Tuttle Click and I had nothing but great experiences here. The service department is outstanding David was always my service rep. Travis took care of me most recently and I cannot day enough good things about him, super professional and fast service. I would not buy or take my cars anywhere else.
