Horrible vehicle service and customer service
Took my car in just for routine maintenance. When i got my car back the brakes were squealing extremely loud and my car had not been making any noises prior. I told the service manager who was unbelievably rude and he told me they didn't touch my breaks during the maintenance. I asked that he put my car back up and take another look because there was clearly an issue that had not been there before i took my car in. He gave me even more attitude and refused saying that he and his team didn't have the time to put my car back up and figure out the problem that they caused. Very poor customer service AND actual vehicle service. definitely will not be returning.

Airbag Recall
Unfortunately the showroom remodeling resulted in the relocation of the service desk. It was also the first day for the service advisor on this particular computer system. Therefore It took some extra time to check in for the appointment. In addition, the repair took a couple of extra hours, since a service technician was out for the day. It seems like the showroom was just remodeled a couple of years ago, but it might have been longer. Everyone was polite, and did their best under the circumstances.

Mr. Ihsan Ghafour
For oil change and tire rotation check maintenance. Regular service with Tuttle click Mazda. They check safety of brakes, fluids and let me know what needs to be done with a car wash at the end. Excellent service.

Tuttle Click Mazda was wonderful. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable about their cars, did not pressure me or make me feel uncomfortable, and even had a sense of humor. They also picked me up from the Train station! Most of all, Daniel made me feel like I was now part of their family. He said I could contact him for any questions or concerns about the car I just purchased and true to his word, I emailed him that night and got a response very quickly. 10/10 would come back and recommend to others!
