Great attention to detail / worked hard for us!

Thanks to the entire team at Tuttle Mazda. The cars they’re selling here provide excellent value to begin with. So the customer service representatives could justify not working hard for their customers. In fact, I found the opposite. Tuttle Mazda I believe is about offering customers the most value possible in both the deal and the service. This amounts to a great experience. Highly recommended.

First service on my 2020 CX9

Dealership is too small. Too crowded. Difficulty in parking. Hard to tell where the sakes department us vs service. Tried several times to call service and couldn’t get through

Went in because I heard a strange noise coming fro

I went in because I was hearing a strange noise from my car they charged me $600 to get my brakes fixed they said it was the brakes and I still hear that noise till this day

Scheduled maintenance services

Great service and experience. The gave a free car wash and a free oil change. Very polite and patient. I felt great. I totally recommend.

Rude and unprofessional service manager

Matt their service advisor lied to me in regards to the brake noises in my vehicle because he claimed that their technician couldn’t duplicate the brake noise. However right after I picked up my vehicle I was able to hear the noise and even took a video of it so they can see and hear it for themselves. Their service manager Travis was extremely rude to me and kept yelling at me for no reason at all. I highly don’t recommend this dealership because they have a horrible and dishonest service department.
